Debbie and Trish are the best! The Zone West needs to add more Silver Sneakers classes. Often you can't get in even registering 24 hours in advance. All the slots are filled within one minute of the 24 hour pre registration.
Everyone is so nice and there are plenty of group exercise classes suitable for all ages and suitable for where you are in your fitness journey.
She is so inspirational and a great motivator Hate when I have too miss her classes
ZoneZHF is great and the gym is my favorite gym in Ocala. Great vibe and no judgy feelings from anyone.
