How to fix Upendo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Upendo app on iPhone
Update Upendo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Upendo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Upendo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Upendo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Upendo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Upendo app issues:

Force Stop the Upendo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Upendo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Upendo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Upendo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Upendo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Upendo.

Fix Upendo unable to contact server/ Upendo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Upendo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Upendo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Upendo on android.
