GuestApp has a glitch every time it opens where it asks you to go back to a previous page and doesn’t link correctly, so you are stuck on the page you are supposed to be going back from. There is no way for the user to fix this error and it happens every single time you open GuestApp . No one tested this before publishing.
I never write app reviews but this one is terrible! We were told to use GuestApp to access our room. Thank goodness the front desk was staffed and gave us key cards. This is beta software at best. Please make GuestApp work if you want guests to be able to use it(!)
App advices to go back to previous screen to activate and there is no option to go back. Please test and fix it
I was not able to open GuestApp . It sends me back to previous page to activate. There is no link or something that indicates to activate.
Worst thing to do while tired and trying to check in.
App is hot garbage. After install it states: open your browser and log in.
WTH???
GuestApp doesn’t not launch from stay link on Android. iOS version activated via stay link but messaging is not functional (new messages not showing up).
GuestApp lacks some of the basic core APIs like push notifications!
Only reason it gets 2 stars is that it displays my reservation and wifi password. Everything else doesn’t work.
I used GuestApp at a hotel I stayed at and it worked perfectly the whole time. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too.
Would definitely recommend!
