My mom sent me pictures and some off them i already had so i did not want to go through and delete theem so i was looing for CleanupApp and i went for the reviews it was 4 STARS so as it was downloading i look through the reviews and the first two where five stars and four stars but second and 3 where bad one had it about fraud she did bot sign up for the money program but she still had to pay and she did not even know until she checked her credit card and that is what made me delete CleanupApp THIS IS BAD

I do not have any card, so I cannot use CleanupApp!?!???? Pure 1 star. Tooo bad that cannot give 0 star!!!!!

DONT DOWNLOAD CleanupApp. I never even used it and was charged TWICE now. I wouldn’t have even noticed but I was checking my bank. And Apple refused to refund me EVEN THOUGH I never signed up for a subscription, let alone a “Free trial” let alone agreed to pay $7.99 a MONTH for an app I’ve NEVER USED. Karma always comes back around.
Refund my card for the TWO charges I never agreed to!!!

I canceled today. No phone number, no directions, no recovery. Lost my entire contacts, and almost all my pictures.

How do I cancel CleanupApp! Can’t find the secret.

CleanupApp is the worst thing that I have down loaded

Paper outfit does not work. It does not remove files when you ask her to.

Cancel my account. Does not delete extra photos.

When it FINALLY does finish scanning it crashes OR wont let me view more than a tiny thumbnail of the “duplicate” file. Waste of time and energy…

Super slow and when images were found as duplicates I couldn't see the photo that was a duplicate to delete

I don’t know what happens once you get beyond the trial period, but I let CleanupApp run for an hour and never saw anything other than a load screen or CleanupApp would crash

App will not stop crashing. I’ve deleted and re installed, reset my phone. Closed all other apps while using. Nothing

For $8 a week, you’d expect CleanupApp to do a good job. It doesn’t.

Frankly, it’s ridiculous that it’s priced so high.

I have duplicate contacts, about 1600 and this useless app wants me to do it one by one. I can do that on my iPhone very easily, one by one. so what’s the purpose of CleanupApp? If it doesn’t help me do batch delete, after scanning . it’s the most frustrating app I’ve ever had. And it’s very expensive.

I enjoyed my trial offer-just purchased for a year cleaned up everything-offloaded app that I don’t use-your app didn’t work -???refund my 53dollars

I bought app thinking it will help me remove duplicate contacts.. after purchase , several attempts and a week later, it could do all other things except find duplicate contacts to clean up

I thought it helped with all storage. Turned out it’s just photos and contacts

How about waiting until after your program cleans my phone then I will give you my honest opinion of whether your program is good or not

I was excited to see the cleaner and the reviews were enough to try it, but sadly
I’ve tried for 3 days to get the cleaner to do what it’s advertised to do; clean up duplicate photos.

I was able to start a scan with selfies but it pulled white washed boxes as though it wasn’t fully loading.

Then the duplicate photo scan.
The scan never completed. It kept freezing and dumping me out of CleanupApp .

I even set my phone to stay on continuously and waited for more than 14 hours for the scan to complete. it finally said 100% and froze dumping me out again.

Totally disappointed and would not pay for continued support with a service that doesn’t work.

I would like to keep all my pictures, please don’t delete any of my pictures you can delete even my phone book. But keep my pictures

I really don’t like these cleaners My bill is already high without adding them. It shouldn’t be necessary. JUST another way of getting more money from the customers. I would rather have a land line with a few more features. The MIDDLE class is being

I don’t think the instructions were clear and I need to fix it by getting back the original duplicate before the merge.

CleanupApp worked pretty well to help me clean up photos and videos. However, it never completed scanning my Contacts! Not once, no matter how long I waited. Very disappointing.

Not as easy to use as I would expect. Chose to check a photo before deleting and deleted. I was escorted out of the program after confirming the deletion. Maybe that’s a slide from poor to really bad directions !?!?##!

I like the idea I just don’t like where they have access to private photos and videos

Deleted pictures and merge contacts was not enough. I have threat of virus that I expected you would clean up. I am requesting to cancel CleanupApp

Much better than most storage cleaning apps but pretty expensive and without premium you have to watch an ad per 25 photos you want to delete.

App is great but needs a keep button. So I don’t have to Keep avoiding the same things over and over again. Like yes I want to save these permyif I don’t select delete.

Had a problem with my phone’s storage, and CleanupApp did really help. You can remove all duplicate footage and other unnecessary staff in a couple of taps. As soon as I’ve removed all the clutter from the storage, the phone started working almost like a brand-new one. There are many similar apps out there, but this one is just easy to use. If you’re not a tech-savvy person like me, you’ll still manage to use it.

Good app

I wanted to remove duplicated phone numbers in my contacts, and CleanupApp came in handy. CleanupApp merges all repeated contacts into one, so you don’t have to do this manually. I had quite a lot of such numbers in my contacts and the Cleanup resolved the headache nice and easy. Recommend CleanupApp, especially if you have tons of similar files or contacts and don’t want to bother yourself with deleting them on your own.

These people know what they’re doing and can make things turn around to head in the right direction!! Don’t pass them up. They’re awesome!

Lacking phone storage was always a pain and I don’t want to sacrifice any apps installed. At the same time, I always have dozens of similar photos I take and forget about them. Cleanup helped to free up the storage space. What a relief to know your phone isn’t overstuffed with similar pictures when you need to install one more app or run a game without lags.

I get this message to clean my phone a lot. I play games mostly to pass time while watching westerns.. do I have to clean this iPhone that often??

I am particularly picky about photos I take with my iPhone, and piles of similar shots were freaking annoying. CleanupApp saved so much time and effort by deleting all similar content in several taps. My weekly routine of deleting similar shots now boils down to making several taps once a week when I know I’ve taken a lot of photos before. Awesome app, highly recommend.

I never realized anything about a phone cleaner. I now totally understand why my phone seemed to be having difficulties with certain apps as I continue Byrd to try and ynderstand what was happening! I apologize that o was so ill informed on the use and care of my phone that iwas not able to keep better care of my assistant in life my phone! I am most pleased and humiliated also that I let this go on for so long without recognizing my responsibility in this phone of mine! I thank you very much for bringing this to my attention, as I had no idea what I was doing for this phone! I truely admire how you my phone was able to help me understand how neglectful I had been with all the information right there in front of me and I still missed the proper way to get myself to just to stop and pay attention to the messages I was receiving right n front of me from my phone directly! Now we together will pursue a more friendly relationship conversations, along with my phone leadership of proper communications understanding when things seem very obvious and I need to just stop and think bettering my own known abilities!

I have used CleanupApp several times and I have never had any problems with them and they have always done a good job cleaning up my phone.

I am testing the new cleaner to see how it works!
