It looks like this is the first and only review for an app that’s been on Jibble Store for at least four years. I downloaded and tried to use the system, and was totally unsuccessful. They do have a customer service chat that is pretty responsive, however that doesn’t fix the underlying problems with the tech. I was told that I needed to use the desktop site in order to do some thing, but it was impossible to log in on one web browser, and on the other the only screen available asked me to download the mobile app.

I gave four hours of my life over three days to trying to make Jibble work but they just haven’t built something functional.

I was spending hours each week trying to tabulate and generate the hour for a large mobile crew with varied start, end, and break times. Trying to recreate the weekly hours of 15 different people based on calls, texts, and emails was killing hours of my schedule. this app made it easy to track employees, their locations on job sites, and their hours. My only complaints are that I can’t set the parameters of what a week is/the start of the work week in scheduling, and they made report generation a premium service based on how many employees you have logged rather than a flat fee. But other than that, I love it!

this app is great to have if you need an creditable app to use for your staff. If you need to set a specific location for clocking in/out I recommend upgrading your membership. The live locations feature (ultimate membership) is not the best, but it does let you see where they are when they leave a location. Also, staff members can request time off through Jibble ! Lastly, if you are in charge of payroll this app calculates the hours for each pay period…. all you have to do is input the numbers in your system!

Our church is using this app to record our employee working hours. Jibble and web interface take some time to get used to, but once you figure out the nuances it isn’t bad. The reports are nice and export into Excel for easy review or updates. The only feature I wish this app would bring back is entering various hours and minutes when requesting time off (example: entering 1 hour and 15 minutes of vacation time off). Right now it’s restricted to hour increments and I have to go in and make adjustments to my employee time cards each week so that the system doesn’t take more vacation time than they actually used.

We started using this app to decrease tardiness and provide managers with more oversight into attendance patterns of their team members. Our staff is a hybrid of in-person and remote so having a solution like this app creates a more efficient way to ensure everyone is on the same page. We use a shared “kiosk” (iPad with Jibble installed) that uses facial recognition for in-person clock ins. Our remote team uses the mobile app to clock in. 4/5 stars because there are still some bugs they’re working out — but support is responsive. For example, our kiosk is supposed to automatically clock out all staff every night but it isn’t properly doing so. Another example is one of our managers received the entire team’s attendance reports instead of only their team’s. Both issues are being addressed by support so 5 stars soon!

I recently started using a time tracking app and it has been a game-changer for me. Jibble is incredibly easy to use and has helped me become more productive and organized with my time. We started using this app back in Jan 2023, and it’s been an amazing experience for our small office (5 employees). We use the free version and it’s all that we need. The customer support is very helpful, fast responses and very professional. Everything in Jibble and the desktop version is very friendly. I love the kiosk option and how I can make changes when my employees forgot to clock-in or clock-out, and the fact that I can also make notes to remind myself especial situations. Also I love how I can switch easily from the business (employer) view to my personal (employee) view. That’s very handy .

I use this app for my nonprofit. We have almost 100 volunteers within a month and this app provides the expansion for three times that! this app was suggested by one of my executive directors and we loved how easy it was to get used to it. It’s very easy to track time, change activities, take breaks, etc. Jibble works just as smoothly as the website and I love how I can clock in and out on the go! I’m also still able to see all admin functions via Jibble as well!

We implemented this app a month ago at this point and while it takes a little time to get used to it for staff and management it has been a smooth transition. Lots of features, affordable price, easy to use, and customizable to each businesses needs are just some of the things that make it great. Really excited about future features that help our business continue to be more efficient. Would recommend!

So far I’ve only used the Forever Free version and it works perfect for what I need. I use this tool as an alternative to the current clock station we have in the company for those employees that have not been entered In the system or new locations. The geolocation and face recognition feature makes it easy to guarantee employees are clocking in when they’re at the location. It even has better tools than our current clock station software. Only one issue is that Jibble has to be downloaded by the users before accepting the invitation to join, if not they have issues opening Jibble . Overall Totally recommended!

I absolutely love this app! I am a Volunteer Coordinator at a Therapeutic Riding Center with a ton of volunteers and lots of different things to track. We recently moved from paper schedules and tracking to digital and I was using a google form which was a nightmare. This led me to this app! It is awesome that I can track the hours, specific activities AND I can see from my dashboard who is signed in and who is on property! The Kiosk mode has made signing in and out super easy and is super accessible for my more technologically challenged volunteers. My volunteers love that they can track their volunteer hours from their phones and this will be especially helpful once we get our summer interns. It's also super helpful that we can edit their time as some do forget to sign out. I am so thankful for the fact that this app has a free option so we as a nonprofit are able to utilize it!

Our company has found it to be leaps and bounds ahead of other options we've tried. The fact that it's completely free is a huge bonus, and if we ever need the additional features, we can easily upgrade. Initially, our staff had a bit of a learning curve coming from punch cards, but now it's smooth sailing. Being able to have our team clock in and out on-site with GPS fence security gives us peace of mind knowing they're getting the hours they deserve. We're thrilled with this app and plan to keep using it.

Enter this app - this took me all of 15 minutes to get set up, and anytime i ran into an issue I got an immediate response from support, and that was before I picked a non-free license package.

Quick, easy, works as a kiosk and manager type users needed very little training. Need a solid time clock? This is the way to go!

I’m a small business owner and just getting started. I have 2 employees and being able to bootstrap it as much as possible is a high priority. Having a free version of this app makes it so much easier on me to track timesheets without having to fumble around with spreadsheets or purchase a more expensive time tracker. And the 1 month trial period with all the features is perfect. Once the money starts coming in I’m sure to switch over to the full featured app.

We’re on a tight budget but still have the same time tracking requirements faced by big organizations. this app allows us to segment users and activities. We can track and report on attendance and volunteer hours. The flexibility to use Jibble on personal smartphones to check in and out is very helpful as we often work offsite events. And we leverage and love the option of running this app on a tablet at our front door. The facial recognition option is very convenient. I highly recommend.

I own a small business with about 15 employees and needed an easy way to do time tracking without hassle or big cost. Along comes this app. Super easy to set up and use. Even the free version provides the ability to have "selfies" with the check in and out process which has helped me immensely in solving accidents where employees selected the wrong name. If you can afford it, one of the paid subscriptions also gives you full scheduling (I have to use another app for that). Give it a shot. It costs you nothing!

Our office just began using this app 2 a month ago for staff time tracking. Everyone really likes it. It’s effective, it’s easy, and dare I say, kind of fun. Jibble sends staff helpful reminders to clock in and out, and it keeps everyone accountable for where they are. No one else can clock in and out for you (except the manager). And you must clock in and out at the actual office location (if you enable those features). Best of all, it’s doing everything we need it to for FREE. Big fan so far. I’m a happy small business manager.

We recently started enforcing workplace clock-ins and time-tracking at our business. Our first choice was Homebase, but, after examining what we really needed from a time tracker, we decided to go with this app instead. This application is powerful. It allows for tracking with specific tasks or activities, the ability to clock out for breaks, and easy integration with Microsoft Teams and other apps. And that's only the tip of the iceberg! We also use this application to see who is currently clocked in for their shift (we're a remote company so this makes it easy for keeping track of everyone) as well as putting in requests for time off. Highly Reccommend for anyone looking to transform the time tracking for their workplace.

this app has been an absolute game-changer for me! Gone are the days when I had to chase staff for project details or ponder over how much time certain tasks took. this app is actually fun to setup. There are so many flexible features to accommodate numerous scenarios. The facial recognition is highly advanced and there are other methods as well. They were also accommodating to work with my situation. We have hundreds of users so we were unable to keep using it due to some cost considerations. However, it’s great for small and midsize companies. I love the product and the people who spent so much time helping me while they also improved the product.

With this app 2, you're able to utilize the Selfie Camera on any smartphone to clock in and out throughout your work day. Especially compared when having to use pin-codes and/or passwords alongside multi-step logins, this feature can't be beat. Even better is the ability to categorize all the work you're doing, and where you're doing it (with the GPS feature) to help ensure you get the credit you deserve!

It’s been a pretty easy transition to this system. Staff like having the option of seeing their hours on their phone. Managers like being able to see who’s in and who’s out at a glance. Reports are easy to produce.

There was some confusion for staff downloading Jibble to their phone— by default it makes them set up a new business. Instead, they need to install Jibble and then reclick the email/text link. There was also a little befuddlement trying to find out how to add staff to the kiosk feature.

Overall, exactly what we needed, and the free version is loaded features… so for a lot of businesses that will suffice without any out-of-pocket expense.

My team had been using this app for a little over a month and has had a great over all experience. Loaded with features and a beautiful interface, it is no wonder why big names like Pizza Hut and Tesla are using this product as well. The admin portion gives you a bird's eye view of what tasks your team is spending the majority of the time on and helps you cut out inefficient practices and get rid of redundant activities. If you are on the fence, try the free version, and you have nothing to lose. We started using our legacy system side by side with this app, and the results were precise.

Jibble is a great timesheet for work. It has useful features allowing you to see when someone arrived to work, their exact location when clocking in, and a picture feature when an employee wants to clock in. All of these features enforce efficient clock-in and it’s easy to edit your hours if you forgot to clock in. The administrative version is helpful and gives insight on what’s on with your employees in regards to their hours and overall employee hours. Very detailed, efficient, easy to use, and helpful. Happy I encountered Jibble and will be using on the future.

I am super happy with the this app 2 app. My students use Jibble as a time clock for their campus community service. This an amazing which allows me to personalized my class. It allows me to set parameters of where they login. It is also student friendly. The student like that they can use it with there phones, track their own time and uses facial recognition to login. It also give them the real of feel of having a job. I highly recommend Jibble for school groups.

I recently started using this app 2 for my music studio (self-employed/sole proprietorship) and it has all the functionality I need to keep track of my time. As a self-employed individual, it is sometimes difficult to track your time, and it seems like you are working all the time. However, this app 2 has made it easy to clock-in, click-out, adjust time entries if necessary, and even set reminders to clock-in and -out during the day, even accommodating for breaks.

I’ve been using the free subscription for this app for almost two months now and it has been great for managing employee work hours! My favorite feature is adding groups for different employees so I can easily sort through hundreds of names. Plus the location tracker that controls where employees can clock in from is great for accountability. If you’re a start-up company this is Jibble for you; features are great even if you’re not a premium member!

I implemented this app as a time tracker for student teachers. The free features are perfect for what I need. I’m able to track locations and get accurate time logs from my students. It also has a notes feature that allows my students to write their reflections immediately. Additionally, the desktop dashboard is easy to navigate and provides excellent snapshots of data. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product so far!

this app 2 is a very straight forward, simple to use timesheet app. It manages teams on different time zones with ease. It even can require a selfie as a way to register your member team clocking in. It also have lots of integrations with other platforms. The one thing we still miss is support for other languages, such as Portuguese, in our specific case.

I utilized this app 2 specifically to track working hours of employees. It has excellent functionality in terms of customization, notifications, and rule setting. The website is my preferred experience, but our employees utilized Jibble for an easier on the go experience. There is even location based requirement options for checking in which we found very helpful.

I am an independent contractor and work from home. I have a few different jobs and I need to keep track of how many hours I spend on each job. My this app 2 membership is free and it allows me to easily keep track and clock in and clock out as needed. It also adds up the time that I have worked. There are dozens of other things you can do with Jibble that I don’t need right now but I’m sure are very helpful.

this app is a great app for those small businesses that require contractors or employees to clock in remotely. The Geofencing feature allows you to restrict clocking in when your workers aren’t at a designated location. It’s easy to set up and get your workers configured. Best of all, it’s free until you add three locations and then the price is still affordable. Great App. I’ll likely upgrade premium plan as my small business grows!

this app 2 is easy to set up, customer support was excellent. They got me thru an issue with a new hire on site in under 5 minutes.
Data is readily available.
Also it’s integrated into so many other apps, we use slack and it is great to be able to connect with what we are currently using making a seamless addition to the companies communication/tracking.

What’s impressive about this app 2 is that it allows you to truly customize your activities by creating your own rule set. There are many time card apps out there, but none offers this level of flexibility and customization. It will work no matter if you’re a freelancer working on your own, or a company with hundreds of employees.

I use it to track students for an after school program. I can clock students in and out. I can also put in the hourly rate for each student and I can tell the parent how much time their child was in aftercare and how much they owe. This has been a huge benefit to the alternative of writing down the times and trying to figure out the billing.

Being a small business, it's important to have wonderful options at an affordable rate. We've been using for eight months now. this app checks all our boxes. Vaca tracking, clock in/out and send reminders to employees to click in around their start time. Which helps unnecessary corrections. The phone app is also a nice options for employees. Please note the desktop has more options/easier format than mobile app. We had a couple of questions directly after signing up, these were quickly answered by this app staff and the last update really helped correct a few issues. Highly recommend.
