THE SOUND EFFECTS OF COLLA NOTES IS NOT WORKING

Everytime I try and open my notes it crashes

collanote keeps crashing after updating to ipados26 on my ipad air 6

I have bough a monthly subscription for iCloud colanote, but it keeps saying “preparing your data, this might take a while…” and it doesn’t open at all

My wholeeeee liffeeeee depends on those documents !!! Please help me retrieve it . The app crashes as soon as I open it. I can’t even get to open to atleast screenshot my documents There’s no alternative to save it elsewhere , I couldn't even share the document PLEASE HELP ME RETRIEVE THE DOCUMENT!!

'ERROR TG37: Can not get context to render PDF' This keeps on popping up whenever I open my notes. How to fix this problem?

The eraser doesn't always automatically switch back, making me accidentally erase another text before it switches again. This bug happens often. Whenever I write (whenever I put my Apple Pencil on the screen), the text in the entire document disappears and reappears instantly, making it extremely distracting while I'm writing. My fix for this is to close the app from the apps viewer and reopen it. This bug happens every once in a while, but it gets on my nerves bc of the amount of times this happens. My palm interacts with the screen more often than not, causing it to either scroll to the beginning of the document or zoom in and out. I have high palm rejection on by default, so this is even more frustrating. This bug happens very very often. Despite it being compatible with iCloud drive, I can't drag and drop PDF documents from my Mac to the folders in CollaNote, instead having to open each and every one of them in Files and clicking on open with collanote. Honestly if I could, I would honestly switch to another note-taking app that's more professional and can better handle big documents. However, having already invested a lot into this app, in terms of money but more importantly huge amounts of notes already taken on it, which I can't import to other note-taking apps.

I annotated my pdf..and the later pages automatically had the same annotations and highlighting on every page making it unreadable ..I m not even able to erase those annotations

I am facing a lot of problems even after buying subscription, this is very annoying please contact me at the above email and solve my problem asap.

I have a folder with some very important information on it, I clicked it today in order to open so I can document on it, and it just closes the whole app every singe time i try to open it. The whole website crashes, and I’ve tried this a billion times and the same thing keeps happening. I would really like some help on that since its a very important folder that I would really like to retrieve

The notes I took are missing and this is not the first time this is happening. It is like it just erases and I cannot find it anywhere. Thia is so frustrating.

Good evening, I had a note with notes from the faculty and when I opened it, everything was deleted except the title. I wanted a solution to the problem since it was important, regards

An edited with Collanote has an issue. When clicked to open it prompts "Error, cannot load note. Contact developer"

My collanote crashes very often.
