The AI Cartoon feature of the ToonApp isn't working. It gives Error. And that's very annoying specially after paying for one year to use it.

How to fix ToonApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ToonApp app on iPhone
Update ToonApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ToonApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ToonApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ToonApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ToonApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ToonApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ToonApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » ToonApp » click [Force Stop]

Update ToonApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ToonApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ToonApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ToonApp.

Fix ToonApp unable to contact server/ ToonApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ToonApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ToonApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ToonApp
