Don’t need to sign in for them to take the money - need to sign in to use VideoDownloader . I can’t sign in but they took the money already. Can’t use VideoDownloader , no help available on how to use VideoDownloader . No phone no # to call anyone for help, app won’t load. I can’t get any help on VideoDownloader itself because I won’t load into my phone completely. What to do ?

There are four screens with the word “next” at the bottom. Then a screen comes up advertising “Video Downloader Pro,” and nothing else. There’s no x to close ad; that’s apparently all this so-called app does. I suppose we are supposed to go back to VideoDownloader Store and download a different app or something. If so, this is a deceptive trade practice and a waste of time!

I’ve had these “Repost+ for Instagram” push notifications popping up on my phone numerous times a day for a week now. Do I have to delete Instagram from my phone to get you to leave me alone? Stop! I don’t want it — and I REALLY don’t want you to keep asking me. Is this clear enough?

I've been paying for this service for a couple of months now and at first it worked great but now I can no longer download my videos and and I'm having trouble logging in. I pay $8.99+ a week ( basically $40 a month) which is too much for VideoDownloader to glitch the way it is. I am now forced to use another app and delete my subscription with VideoDownloader.

This is not a Netflix subscription! Nine dollars a month is absolutely ridiculous and may be a $.25 a month max, that’s why any reasonable human being would pay for this. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

Tried the free trial and it’s been nothing but negative. First of all the instagrams reels autoplay and there isn’t an option to turn them off. The story downloader doesn’t work at all. And even though I subscribed to the premium I’m still getting ads.

I signed up for the free three day trial with an $8.95 a week subscription which I thought was really steep. Before I can use VideoDownloader I was supposed to submit all my personal information so they can slam me with spam. Now I can’t cancel it.

After using VideoDownloader instagram suspended my account and now I can’t log in to it as it’s reports an error “Challenge required”

This is a third party app and totally destroyed my authentic instagram profile that I have no more access to

The first time I used VideoDownloader it was cumbersome and I had to maneuver around to get to the reel I wanted to download - and the copy was very good. The next time I try using it nothing works- it’s aggravating for me. I’m going to wait for the bugs to get worked out before purchasing.

zero idea how good VideoDownloader is and don’t care, downloaded saw there was a payment tried to use the free version and the payment thing still popped up. went to close out VideoDownloader and forgot if i put my thumb on it the transaction goes through. and with my dumb luck the thumbprint worked first try. it’s only the free trial but i can’t figure out a way to cancel it. please tell me if you know how to cancel it

You have to pay $9 just to download instagram stories. Just use your screen recorder on your phone and do it for free. This is ridiculous.

I logged into the insta app without any problems, but I wasn’t able to download the video it kept making me continue the trial for like 2 free days then I’d be charged $8 a week???? I’m confused. I thought VideoDownloader was free?

Not recommended because u have to do one on a time than out the blue it close and u have to start all over I thought it be all in one download and no such thing and to downloading stories take forever

Literally i could not figure out how to download a video, and a lot of apps are making free installations but charge in app subscriptions, couldnt download a video without going pro

VideoDownloader works and WOULD be great, if it let you download videos for FREE. Unfortunately you have to pay for it which i think is kinda stupid. that’s what your app is supposed to do. download images AND VIDEOS and maybe if it did it for free like it claims then i would be able to properly rate this but i can’t because it cost like 5 bucks and i’m not doing all that.

Why is this a full paid app when you can do the exact same thing on multiple free sites? I would have liked it if pro was just to remove ads, but no. You need to buy VideoDownloader to use any features at all.

Also it doesnt mention “in-app purchases” anywhere in the description.

I regret purchasing VideoDownloader. It initially worked well for a few days, but then suddenly became glitchy and a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be subscribing to it. I tried reaching out to VideoDownloader developer, but after exchanging several emails, we were unable to resolve the issue. I am now left feeling disappointed and having wasted my money. I have learned my lesson, and I want to warn others to be cautious.

personal information isn’t needed in order to perform the basic functions VideoDownloader is intended to do, it also prompts you to pay for a subscription.

Signing in thru to your IG account in-app works for a little bit and then it kicks you out and it’s impossible to get back to the screen without redownloading VideoDownloader and starting back over. But when that feature is working correctly you just navigate to your saved videos, click on it and download instantly. Other than that I would give them a 5 but I don’t want them to waste anytime fixing that feature. That’s the most important feature.

When I browse a multi image post on the first image, I click download, then it automatically download the second image of the post. Hope you fix this bug!

Great app, it does what it needs to do as far as downloading images.

The stories portion of it is a bit clunky. The download button doesn't appear on stories but will pop up once or twice if you're lucky.

Hopefully that can be resolved, it's the only thing keeping me from giving the full 5 stars

I’ve been using VideoDownloader, and it’s really nice to download pics, and videos. But sometimes the download icon doesn’t appear. Why is that?

But when it does, it’s really nice.

I also wish to get a replay from the designers (creators) of VideoDownloader. I wrote to them about this problem last year, by email, and they never responded.

But anyways, when it works it’s a really nice app.

I need to discuss with her, Ukraine, black, white and Spanish relations and antisemitism. I tried to call her and no one answered the UN phone for over two hours. Their machine just leaves you on a constant hold.
