I fell asleep and accidentally signed up for this app because I am going to coding school and working full time to survive and I barely make ends meet. I never get a full nights rest because I’m so busy. As result , I was on the Internet on my iPhone one night and I accidentally subscribed to this “Flava” app for $40-$50. I can’t access the charge amount for some reason. I Googled Apple refund immediately to see how I can get a refund I had to wait 48 hours before I could do anything. During this time I decided to look at the app and a “match” had messaged me. Well since it was a “Match” contact was supposed to be free so I said hello to this person which I could already tell there was a 95% chance it was a scammer. I am assuming this is the reason that Apple rejected my request. I don't know that but I can't find any other reason why they would not refund my money. As it turned out this person WAS a scammer. Well, although I recently bought my second iPhone and I also have an Apple Watch, I detest Apple before this incident. I said “although”, but I guess I should've said “because of.” To be honest I don't know what the big deal is. Apple is no better probably is probably worse than any comparable competition. I mean just look at Siri. Bar none, the absolute worst digital assistant on the market. But it's not even the issues I've had with their devices good night don't like it's the company itself and it's hidden malignant intentions and power-hungry nature. They want to control the government and God forbid should they. Anyway, I am I'm going to contact my card service provider to deny these transactions and possibly claim fraud. My card is a special card that is only given to people who work for my employer. There is a large team of attorneys that support these card members as this is the intention of having this card anyway. The purpose of the card, the attorneys, and the organization is the protect the little man, such as the Labor worker who is tread upon quite a bit by bigger companies. Often times the victim not even being aware of it. So I imagine that there will probably be some hassle and sacrifice of time involved whether I get this money refunded or not, most likely costing for more then the $40 or $50 that has been taken for me. Also, there is the possibility of me being a member at a future date because so far it has only been Apple that is guilty of trying to rip me off. And I am hoping that you will do the right thing because I can't afford this right now. He's already cost me several days of work because I work on the road and that was my gas money to get up and going. I had to find another job to work for a couple of days to get the money to get back to my job. But I would very much appreciate it if you would do the right thing. You will see other than the original “free Match” that I contacted. I have not been using this app. Thanks.
