Get network connection error when I try to watch the ad. Tried reinstalling and didn’t work.

I got the game last night but for some reason it’s not letting me play level 11. It says on out of the leaves but when I try to watch a video to add more of them, a video doesn’t load. It said there’s “network issues” but there’s nothing wrong with my connection. Please fix this bug.

Well it started off great for the first week, but now I can’t get anymore plays because when I go to watch an ad it says “Network error, try again.”. Only thing that does fix it is deleting SuperSlide and downloading it again but then it just repeats when those 10 plays run out.
