How to fix FireTrac app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FireTrac app on iPhone
Update FireTrac app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FireTrac iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FireTrac on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FireTrac network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FireTrac Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FireTrac not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FireTrac App
1. On android, goto Settings » FireTrac » click [Force Stop]

Update FireTrac to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FireTrac App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FireTrac » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FireTrac.

Fix FireTrac unable to contact server/ FireTrac internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FireTrac » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FireTrac » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FireTrac
