I thought this was an app to store my info. It is. But only info from their providers. You can’t add info from other providers. What a shame as I was hoping to add info from a few years ago.
Downloaded app, but doesn’t work as advertised. Our city does not have passport health facilities, so you can’t add your own documentations without an actual copy your records. DON’T GET UNLESS YOU GO TO THEIR FACILITIES. Downloaded it and deleted it the same day.
Worst app ever. No log in on site, just ads for their product. App offers almost nothing. Take a screen shot of your vaccines and never go back to PassportHealth again.
I’ve been a passport health customer for over ten years. Entering my identifying data didn’t show any of my vaccination history.
It is so confusing on how to information in and you still need to have proof of vaccination with you. Save your time and memory.

This is a terrible place thier fees are double and they don't tell you what the fees are until you arrive and once you arrive you are obligated to pay the office fee no matter what. This is the biggest scam I've seen in years.
