I purchased event tickets through Platinumlist, which offered a refund guarantee. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to violations by the organizers. When I requested a refund, nothing was done. I tried calling their support line, but no one answered. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I’ve lost trust in this platform. I won’t be buying event tickets from them again.
There is no guarantee to receive the ticket even if you made the payment. I’m still waiting for the refund of the ticket that I paid for and never received.
App kept crashing, I couldn’t access my tickets and support doesn’t respond!

Customer service is slow and not responsive enough to fix issues. Chat function, they don’t respond for 10-20 mins. Email, they don’t respond. However, Platinumlist is easy to use and take Apple Pay so that’s nice.
Platinumlist very slow and my ticket take forever to load , just at the event door and app decided that does not want load my tickets 😭
