1 year agoI haven’t been receiving messages or notifications since October 30th and it is now November 2. The payments are still going through! I am able to get into the app but everything is still the same as it was then. I just don’t understand and I need help.

1 year agoI buyed jyp bubble ticket for two for staykids , I got bank repset but when I did in app they showed (server error 500) but money has been cut from my back... it's been one hour since the problem , I have my bubble account from the same Email .

2 years agoI bought for the first time the 2 tickets pass and the money was taken out of my account, i see the purchase on my App Store but the App says I dont have any tickets and I havent been able to use them, I asked for a refund but also there is no answer. I am so mad and I don't know where to ask for help or how to get in touch with them to get my tickets.

2 years agoI have already written one email, but I have a problem with the app on my iphone. In the app store they told me that it's not the phone's fault because I already did a complete reset. For the past few days, when I go into the app and start reading messages, my phone starts to heat up and after a while it kicks me out of the app. In addition, the application eats up an awful lot of my battery, sometimes as much as 51%, and I only go into the news for a moment. I did not have any problems with the application before. I even uninstalled it and installed it from the beginning. Could yo help me?

I had heard so many good things about this app like chatting with idols, sending them messages, getting things from them, etc. however, I also was under the impression that the receiving stuff from the idols would be free. idrc about getting to send them stuff bc even though it would be nice, I'm probably not going to use that feature. I went to download it and it said free with in-app purchases, which I assumed would be the us getting to respond part. however, I didn't realize literally everything was under that in-app purchases part. I don't have the ability to spend extra money on this, so downloading this was quite a waste of my time. I have weverse for bighit, and this is all free on weverse, so I think it should be free here as well. I get that they just want money, but I think they could find better ways of doing so.

The only reason to do this is to be able to get the attention of the app developer. Honestly, I’ve had a good experience with skz, but I recently bought Day6 group pass and I saw that my money was taken out of my account, but still, I don’t receive any of their messages. I’ve found out through other fans that the members have been active, but I’m not getting any benefit from the money I paid. Yes, I have the last version of the app. Yes I have notifications on... everything is smooth with skz, but I don’t understand why I don’t get my Day6 messages when I can see the group pass on my bubble... please help me fix this or get a refund... I’d really like to change my review on here once I get that problem fixed.

Are they bots?
Messaging the idols: I thought this app would give you a connection with the members but Um.... yeah no. I honestly thought it was a bot until at some points Jisung(skz) would not reply for days sometimes. That when I realized oh it is them but they are texting everyone in a group. They don’t text us separately which yeah makes sense because a lot of people have them added. So the chances of them actually reading your messages are zero. Another problem is that I don’t like how we can’t send them pictures. Again I can also understand why they have it set like that but it’s disappointing that I can’t send them fan art.
