I’m not sure why, but im trying to pay for a subscription and its not working

When I try to but the ticket I can’t, I don’t know what do I have to do. I try too many times but I doesn’t let me. It says that my payment is declined.

I bought 2 tickets from bubble, Twice and Straykids. The only one i received was my Twice one and when i double checked, it wasn’t there. Is there a way i could get a refund or something?

Hello! I have been experiencing issues with the ticket purchase. Everytime I go to try buying a ticket, it says "Cannot purchase due to unknown error. Please try again after closing the Store. If this pop-up continues, please contact Customer Center." I've done it many times, I've even contacted the Customer Center a couple of weeks ago, and they didn't fix it.

I downloaded the Bubble app but every time I download it, it says "This app cannot be used on rooted/jailbroken/debugged devices". My phone is none of those things and I don't know how to get the app to open so I can set up an account.

Hello. Early this morning I got notification from bubble. However I opened it and nothing showed up, I check later on, and my friends told me that indeed BangChan has sent photos. Not only the pictures do not show up, I can’t even send a message. I have check both with WiFi and data, turned my phone off and turned it on, I have not touched bubble for hours and again nothing. I reseted my network settings, again no results, deleted the app, downloaded it, and can’t even sing in ! Hope this can be fixed

I had a notification from an idol but there was nothing when opening the app. Hours later I realise no messages are sending and the app won't load properly. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I get an unexpected error when logging in

I’m not receiving any messages from the idol even when my friend was and she has the same idol as me… I payed yesterday and I’m guessing that has something to do with it

Hello, I have paid some twenty minutes ago for my 2 tickets of Stray Kids (again, another month of subscription) but on my bubble app I don't see my payment, my chats with members, bubble store is invisible (white page), there is like I haven't paid !!! Where is my money ?!? Where are my 2 members tickets and my chats ?!? Where is everything?!? What have you done ?!? I have paid for it !!!

My Bubble won't let me log in properly, it keeps saying my password is wrong, even after I reregistered the password, it still won't work so I can't log in!

I shave had this app for a while and had never difficulties until now. I haven’t received any messages or notifications since October 30th and it is now November 2nd! The messages are still the same as I left them then! The payments are still going through so I know it’s valid. I don’t know what to do. I need help please.

Keep getting notifications saying i have a message but when i go into the app there are no new ones. When i try to send a message it doesnt send?

I tried to update it to the latest version since i just got my new phone and it keep saying i cant. I already checked if the connection is good or not and my storage space, its all good. Now i cant text my online friends there :(

so basically i just got 8 tickets for stray kids yesterday but the thing is that i cant actually add them cuz my tickets are not showing up on my account??? and like the app took the money off my card so idk what to do rn im getting so frustrated
