bingo journey was the first bingo app I played some ten or fifteen years ago....even before I had my iPads. Over the years I’ve experimented with probably twenty apps and have now settled with my top eight. bingo journey ranks eighth in my group....the main reason is there is a very low success rate. Takes forever to make progress through the various rooms. I finally gave up on the tournament because I have never been able to achieve a score to win the last gem for the crown. Another frustration is your cards are so busy it is almost impossible to tell if you have a bingo....I hate that! If you must cram every square with items in addition to the hard to read numbers the least you could do is have auto bingo. That would help considerably! I’m retired and I use the bingo apps to pass the time and help keep my brain active. But there’s always room for improvements! Thanks.

I still do not know why I am blocked from commenting on the fan page I am an Elite member I do spend a lot of money because my log in is low since and I enjoy playing, I can’t not complete world tour rooms and the tier rooms do not count I am level 224 .. I’m upset that anytime I submit tickets nothing ever gets done about it. The contests on fan page clearly states leave a comment which I can’t do, the like option isn’t even available I’ve gotten at least 6 people playing blitz three are still playing I try to help other players whenever I can and I’m happy to do so I am a Moderator to one of the the best Blitz groups although due to work I can’t be in there as much as I’d love to be. I just do not understand why I’m excluded it’s not really about the contests it’s more like I feel as though it’s a slap in the face.

I started playing at the end of May and have played almost 2300 cards. My husband says I am married to bingo ??‍♀️ I’ll admit I’m borderline obsessed but it’s really fun and a great way to chill out for a few minutes and not have to think about anything but getting a bingo.

As much as I love the game, I do have some feelings. I wish that we could either automatically bingo when we get a bingo, or have the button moved. I don’t know how many times I’m had a bad bingo from accidentally pushing the button when trying to quickly arrow down to my other cards.

That’s really my only complaint and I’ll keep playing even if it keeps happening because I just really like the game.

I’ve played for years and I’ve noticed a lot of changes. I stopped playing for awhile bc it took so long to refill rewards to be able to play. Yes they give free ones daily but depending on your level it could take days to get enough rewards just to play one round. I never play the “new” rooms bc they’re ridiculous on how many rewards. The cooking deal? I might get to level 3. The only way to get anywhere on this game is to spend money, and quite a bit of it. I play for fun and I’ve spent some money trying to get ahead. Please either up the daily rewards or lower the amount it takes per room

This game is so much fun I play for hours not hard lots of power ups and bingo just wish I had the option to play at least 6.8.10 boards at a time and also would like the chance to auto daub and pause oh and by the way no ads!!!! Awesome great job! Now I have been playing a while and it’s starting to glitch not give me my bingo coins I win also the slot machine you just lose all your funds never win the lucky lotto believe I’m going to delete JackpotBingo if it keeps taking away my credits after I win it freezes up and when I restart it takes my credits! Now another day it’s done stole my credits I’m done and I play an awe full lot!

I have been playing this game for quite a while and yesterday it locked up, lost all my history. It is showing puzzle pieces since I reloaded it, but before it would lock up and I would have to get completely out of the game and sometimes it would start the game again. Just some things need to be checked.

I really love this game but, it has now starting freezing! I have gotten to Paris and have been working on that puzzle and it has now started freezing after I play a round and the puzzle piece and coins pop up and the space is blank and there is no way to close that little window. I can close the game and go back to it and it works but, then it will freeze again. I don’t want to delete it to try to reset it because I will loose all my progress. I am sad because this was one of my favorite games!

So far I’m very happy with this game. I have been a Bingo Blitz player for years but when Playtika took it over it went downhill. Hard to get bingos, takes months to complete a room ugh!. This game is great. You can get more than one bingo on a card, credits build up super fast, game pieces are much easier to get so that rooms can be completed. I’m very glad I found this game - Jackpot Bingo!!!!

Sick and tired of it freezing when you get to getting treasure chests in a later level from Level 13 and on the puzzle pics end up not going on when uncovered the missing pieces depending on how many you received in the game. And there is no way to unfreeze it to move on and then therefore you have to either play a game when you get back on JackpotBingo after closing it, but it still won’t work. I have had to delete JackpotBingo and start all freaking over. And just a side note: STOP USING THE B1 BALL AS IT IN NEVER NEVER ON A BINGO CARD.

It’s hard to have fun when all I want to do is get my puzzles done and I get down to the last few pieces and it doesn’t finish. All it does all the time is freeze. Not my phone, I’ve checked. 4 times on London for last 4 pieces. I get 7 chests and won’t complete the country. NOT the first country to do this!!!!
Fix the glitch please because the game takes bingo coins and doesn’t even refund them. Just keeps taking them!!!!

I really like playing. It’s easy to win & lots of fun. However, it started freezing after big wins. I would have to exit JackpotBingo & when I restarted it took my credits & didn’t give me my winnings. It’s doing this more often now. Very frustrating! Can’t find any way to contact customer service to report this problem.

I’ve been awaiting knee surgery and am laid up. I have been playing bingo games and this one is by far the best in that it doesn’t rake you across the coals with needing to purchase booster bundles’. It’s good for my brain as I’m a Senior.

The bingo city does not let me purchase any gem packages which are necessary to continue further in the bingo bash. I’ve tried several times on multiple occasions and it won’t let me.

No reason this bingo game have only 8 bingo each time. I was playing 4 cards each game. And you know with 8 bingo not too many people playing. So sometime I didn’t get one bingo or they maybe give me two at the end of the game. Not honest at all. Now they block me from the game.

I love that the news is funny and some customers say different stuff and making bingo city is fun and getting time management keep up the good work

Enjoy this game and understand necessary ads but they show up when game ends and not able to see score and puzzle pieces, please consider moving ads.

This new bingo bash is ok but it doesn’t play how the video plays. It also takes too long for food to cook. It needs a little more excitement.

I would have gave it 5 stars however, after you get all the puzzles it goes to the chest and locks up! Why does it do that and why doesn’t it call all the numbers?

This game is fun. I been playing for over a year and I have never had B1 on any of my cards. I seem to get the same numbers time after time.

If the numbers were better mixed on the cards I would have given it 5 stars

Part of the game which is the puzzle stops working after awhile and apparently no one knows how to fix it, so you’re not getting any of your winnings
It won’t let you level up I’ve been stuck on level 18 because it won’t give me the puzzle pieces and the people who made JackpotBingo are ignoring me and refuse to fix the problem
