Once you set up the widget and select the note it displays,

All you have to do is click the note widget and it pulls up the note ready to edit and draw/write your note. You don’t have to do the extra click to select to edit the note once StickyNotesWidgets opens up like most of these apps do. It also updates the widget note display as well after you save and exit StickyNotesWidgets . One app was ALMOST on par with jot but the display of the note did not update with changes on the widget.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stares is because the widget is too small to read what I write. They only have the smallest (app) size, and the next size above that one. They don’t have the extra large widget size, which would be useful.

Despite my review being attacked then removed, StickyNotesWidgets improved and so sincere thanks for finally fixing the bugs. StickyNotesWidgets now functions as a widget and I’m at long last good with my purchase.

As for restoring .json backups I’m unsure since they didn’t work before and I don’t want to try again only to have it trash what I have now working. I’d only use the backup in the event of a catastrophic failure since it made things even worse than they already were.

I like how u can change the color of the note I would like to see a feature were you can zoom in and catagorize notes into sections.

I wanna be able to write notes down from a widget on my Lock Screen, I used my I pad, and it would be helpful if I could just tap the screen and be able to see what’s on my list and add to it all in a few seconds.

Does everything it is supposed to. Very useful. What bothers me is you can only use text or handwriting, not both(alternating back and forth)on the same note. When I type and want to add something with Apple Pencil and switch modes the typing disappears and vice versa. It will return when I go back to the original mode. If there is a setting I am not aware of that allows both modes to alternate, please put it in a tutorial. Also could you add a clear button to the typing mode as well. Thanks!

StickyNotesWidgets is great to use on your iPad. However, I wish They had more sizes for the widgets. I use multiple notes and I don’t them all to be super big or super small. Also there is a glitch when I write with my apple pen. My apple pen is new and fully charged. Please fix the glitch and try to add more widget sizes!

I wish I could increase the text size or decrease the canvas size so my writing isn’t so small but I love StickyNotesWidgets

WHAT I LIKE
1. that you can draw and or type
2. That you can adjust size of font with slider
3. Upload background image
4. Lots of fonts
5. Easily select colors for text or background with eye dropper or sliders, etc.

WHAT I DON’T LIKE (please implement these changes)
1. Can’t turn a line into a checkbox/list
2. Can’t highlight a word and make it bold or bigger, it does that to the whole note not just what is selected… wish you could manually.
4. Same as above but with font size, wish I could highlight a word or multiple and choose to make it bigger if I wanted to and not have it do it to the whole note.
5. Be able to underline or italicize a selected word(s)
6. Be able to indent

I love StickyNotesWidgets, it’s one of the most diverse note taking apps out there and meets all of my needs. The only problem is that the widgets are buggy and don’t update. The biggest reason I got StickyNotesWidgets, was that I wanted to use it like digital sticky notes on my iPad. For a few months the widgets worked well, and I was delighted but now they freeze, they don’t update my new notes, or don’t connect at all. Please fix asap! I want to keep using StickyNotesWidgets!

I have been looking for a sticky notes app that doesn't involve 50 extra steps to edit a note from a widget and I've finally found it! It works really well and is a smooth experience that makes reminders less rigid, easier to write down, and much more visible. My only qualm is that I am unable to use the entirety of the extra large widget space as the note can only be edited as a smaller square in app, hence the 4 star rating. Beyond that, it is exactly what I was looking for!

Different colors, different styles, different sizes- great customizability (that a word?). I’ve sifted through many other similar apps because I like a quick accessible sticky pad on my home page and this one’s champion.

I tested a lot of apps to find a note widget for my ipad, this is the best of all.
It supports stylus handwriting as well as apple notes and this is amazing.
Also you can change the pen size unlike other similar apps!

Slick UI and easy to use note app. Tons of customization options. Love being able to see full notes on my homescreen and pass notes to my iPad with the exporting feature.

StickyNotesWidgets has been a delight to use! I can make handwritten notes or type our whatever I need. Looking forward to continue using it.

I love StickyNotesWidgets after downloading several to test out features and efficiency- spoiler alert…this one is the best! I’d love to see the option to add photos and make the colors gradient

I use this all the time. Easy to add and remove from the sticky note widget right on your home screen. I hope they add it to Apple Watch too!

Works exactly as described. Love the ability to sketch or type a quick note using StickyNotesWidgets.

I downloaded like 5 of the top sticky notes apps trying to find the one that worked best for what I needed (I just wanted stick notes type widgets as a to-do list). Every other app was insanely clunky and inefficient. They didn’t even have an undo button when drawing! 🤦🏾‍♂️ Jot has everything I was looking for and more. Plenty of color choices and super easy to use. Very glad I found it.

Honestly folks, this is THE Sticky for the Widget location.
Always something with the others - subscriptions, no or few choices, ugly design, on & on.
This one is just plain nice & most intuitive.

Love! but can you 1) allow for a full letter size screen. 2)allow to open up full-size screen upon opening app 3) allow to minimize top menu or allow to move to bottom of screen
