It will not let me connect to my iTunes account to subscribe to the data. Also, there is no option to contact support to troubleshoot the issue and nowhere to login online.

XGolf is a major disappointment and under delivers in a huge way. X-golf simulators collect a ton of data during the game but XGolf doesn’t share any of it. You can’t even see you scorecard for a round. I would love to see ball speed and spin but they are not there. Everything is summarized at a very high level and they only provide a few stats. I get much better stats from other apps that ask me a few simple questions at each hole. X-golf has a ton of potential but only delivers kindergarten level stats. Plus the Join Game function only works half of the time. It’s not worth the price. I would love to see XGolf grow-up.

I hate hate I can’t change my freaking picture. Just defaults to the first one which was an accident. I also think dates of showing where your handicap changed is important. Old game scores. SO MMUCHHHHH POTENTIAL

When I first downloaded I had the option to set up my bag and pay for premium stats, now that’s gone. The simulators are by far the best, too bad XGolf doesn’t match them….

Even something as simple as the score was inaccurate. We had three of us that played and none of the scores were correct. They were off by at least two shots for the three of us.

Even with the new version, still problems. Scan and my name clearly shows up on the this app system and play the round. The data never makes it to XGolf . And no way to manually enter.

What’s the point of XGolf then?

I bought XGolf when I started going to the this app nearby. I thought it would be great to keep track of my statistics. So far I’ve only been able to get it to tell me how many times I have been to the simulator. It has no other statistics just a blank screen.

Really poor design.

App doesn’t synch with website so I had to reregister with XGolf and make sure the passwords were the same.

App doesn’t remember my home course.

No clear link to log into your account in XGolf . Have to try to book a reservation to get prompted.

No clear way to view upcoming reservations in app. But that’s the first thing I see when I log directly into the website.

Half of the functions on XGolf are just links to the website so why use XGolf ?

Open tee times are listed in confusing manner.
eg
8:00 AM
8:00 PM
9:00AM
9:00PM
Etc.

How long does it typically take for stats and rounds to load after play? Do you need to enter or submit anything after the round for data to carry over into XGolf ? Because thus far, nothing.

Sometimes it doesn’t connect to the game. Also, it would be nice if you could set your level on XGolf …

Link to contact developer is not working. The link (plus button) to add an Avatar is broken and crashes XGolf . I assume it happened during the most recent Version release 6 days ago. Please correct this for paying customers. Thanks

Half of XGolf isn’t even there/functional. They make it look streamlined but when you click it just forwards you to the website.

Very disappointing. Only reason I haven’t given 1 star is because I haven’t linked it with any data yet.

Every time I try and upgrade to the premium membership it says “there was an issue connecting with the store”. How do I fix this?

Can you please fix the problem with site updating stats. Played 4 games now and still only shows stats for 1 game

After most recent update, doesn’t save games. Have 200 or so rounds in XGolf and can’t view any recent games.

We have played at X-Golf in Rockwall, TX twice now and neither one of those times did our scores update into XGolf even though we scanned into the system through our apps. This is a main reason we downloaded XGolf so that we could evaluate our scores.

Please fix the problem with updating your picture and settings within your account!

I’d recently started using an X-golf facility, and then I was made aware of XGolf. After downloading and paying the membership fee, I was excited to have a chance to use it. On my next two outings, I wasn’t able to connect to a simulator using XGolf. After speaking with the staff at the facility, I came to understand that XGolf has a lot of potential, but as for right now it’s now working properly, at least not for me. I wish that I’d know that before paying that membership fee. It would be great if XGolf worked as expected.

Update: well today, I went out, and everything connected, so I’ve had to change my review. It was probably a WiFi issue that would allow me to connect before. I’d still like it a lot better if I could save/view the actual scorecard.

Hi the profile picture upload isn’t working again. Can we get that settled? Otherwise love everything about XGolf .

Love that my profile pops up with my photo while I play at X-Golf , makes it way more fun. It tracks all my scores though it did take awhile to update. I hear they are still working out some bugs with it, but it has a lot of great potential.
