A new neighbor gave the wrong house number to open her account. It has been ridiculous how much of the burden to fix this is left to me. I didn’t know until she came over saying she’d paid my utilities when in fact they were about to be shut down. I’ve never been late and am a good customer. There needs to be a password to access someone else’s house.

I love the idea but the app doesn’t work

Complete and total waste of time. I can’t pay my bill through this app because the card set-up section doesn’t recognize “Missouri” or “MO” as valid names for a state. Also, Account set up takes way too long. Save yourself some time and just continue to call them. I REALLY wish this app worked, I’d get around to paying my bill much faster if it did.

Holding a bank account into the system is impossible

I’ve usually have for years and the old app you could just hit your previous payment method and use that over and over again and now the new system I can’t get my bank account to load in there without doing auto pay so I really really is not good
