Trying to live up to the amazing game that was What the Golf would be a hard task, and unfortunately What the Car pales in comparison. Most of the humor has been lost, there is no joy of the unexpected as you play a level, just constant frustration. What had been some of the best touch controls ever made in WTG has turned into this almost unplayable steering wheel that seems to be more of a suggestion to where you want to go. Not that having better steering would matter as the physics engine will just do whatever it wants the second you run into or try and interact with level elements.
The levels are all dull and repetitive, and now you get the opportunity to play community created dull and repetitive levels as well! If only they spent more time creating interesting levels and level concepts instead of recycling a few small elements into an in-game level, they maybe could have salvaged this concept. Just such a disappointment.

Don’t get me wrong. This is amazing game just it makes me want to snap my phone in half every very moment I try to beat the hard level and for hundred percent it you have to get every single card. I’m still stuck on the sports first hard level or second the one where it’s the kick boost thing And I can’t get the card for the life of me. It’s an amazing game. It’s fun. It’s wacky, but it’s hard levels make me rage not to mention in the overworld. It’s far too hard to get to them and not to mention you get teleported back to get to the sports level for the one that I’m raging about you have to go through all these Kiki things and the overworld mechanics are so fidgety that it’s hard to even make it through the tight little lines not to mention go through the kicks on a specific time

On certain levels, the controls are extremely loose or open to random chance, and some other levels are flat-out difficult, while this is good for a game, at times it feels very punishing, needing to restart levels many times because one small mistake due to the sloppy controls can end a run right before the finish line. For some levels, this variability makes the game feel like skill building is impossible. Although the varying cars are central to the game’s mechanics, rapidly switching controls can be jarring at times, and certain cars can be almost impossible for the player to work with. I do not want to pay for a game subscription to play a game that feels punishing. Fun with a controller and interesting on TikTok, the actual game can feel very repetitive and tedious.

OK this game was awesome! But at the end, it’s kind of just like you have to complete all the skull levels they’re really hard it took me a while to finally complete the game and also in the Dailey event games you can unlock something weird I’m not gonna spoil it though OK I want to but I won’t. Well anyway, they need to come up with the new stuff already. I am about to delete this game but I’m not going to because they might come out with new stuff soon but I like it because you can make your own levels and you can share it with people, oh and guys tell me if you can defeat the coffee level find out where it is the little guy were you makes you run with the coffee were you are the coffee may sound confusing, but if it’s in there just watch for it and tell me if you guys defeat that that is too hard OK we got some things to fix here but it is pretty much like what the golf if you haven’t played that game you must play it after this, so anyway, Big what the golf fan but yeah, buy this game or download it!😘

This is a really good game, and it’s really fun. But it has a bug. When I go into the level, sometimes-SOMETIMES it overreacts in the very beginning. The level has a mind of it’s own (Spoiler!) and the Recharge button goes bananas until it runs out. What I’m trying to say is, the Recharge button makes the car jump, and it did exactly just that at the very beginning. It’s sort of frustrating and sometimes ruins the level alone cause (This happens less often but…) the car sometimes crashes because of that, so I can’t figure out to make it NOT crash, unless I reset the level. Overall, the game’s the best, and I hope you can release the new Episode.

I made a review a while ago about the flashing in the game and the “underage” stuff, but for some reason when I tried to edit the review, everything got removed. But adding on to that, you replied to it and said that multiplayer games might be restricted on my device with parental controls. I checked, and it doesn’t look like it is restricted. Parental controls seems to be off on my device, but things in the game still say stuff about being underage. If you can fix that, that would be great. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro Max if that helps. Edit: I guess it just edits the review. Whatever. Well checking my settings, all restrictions are disabled. There is no setting that is enabled currently on my phone that prevents multiplayer. And I don’t think my parents would block that, since I am a teenager now (not saying age for privacy reasons). My apple account’s age is also over 13 years old. I don’t get why everything online is still inaccessible to me in this game. I hope you read this, and respond to it. I love this game, and it would be more fun if I could have less restrictions. Thanks.

This is one of the most fun games I’ve ever played. I love it so much! It is really fun, however… there hasn’t been any new updates in like I don’t know it’s been a really long time. I wish there were some updates and new things to appear. I started making levels for fun and that was fun for a while, but then I started to get bored I want a challenge and I really want what the car to give me that also I think it’s a lot more fun than what the golfif you could also make the goal a little more fun that would be great too, but let’s just start with the car! I think what the car is a great game but we need new updates. Thank you!

Much like “What The Golf?” the regular levels are great. Wacky fun with surreal comedy that never lets up. Most regular levels can be completed in just a few attempts.

After each small section of levels there’s an insanely hard “Skeleton” level that you’ll need to complete to get 100%. These levels are in a whole other galaxy of difficulty.

Most Skeleton levels take at least 150+ attempts to finally get down - especially if you want the gold and to also collect the picture item to get 100%. Doing these levels over and over will chip away at your sanity until this little yellow car with legs engulfs every sense of your reality.

This is my only real complaint with “What the Car?”. The Skeleton levels can really squeeze all the fun out of the game. I’m starting to dread each one because I know I’ll be playing it on repeat for an ungodly of time - until I get it down pixel perfect. But there are aspects of these that I do enjoy. Not not having any walkthroughs online (yet) leaves it all up to you to figure out how to do everything - which I do like.

So please, the next “What the _______” game, ease up on the rage levels 🙏🏻.

Everything else about the game I love. And the level creator is a great addition. I really do love most of the game as whole. I just wish the Skeleton levels weren’t so ridiculously hard and time consuming. 👌🏻

TriBrand has done it again with this brilliant game! The bears that run away when car comes round and the silly cows my siblings and I call wenhs, and the “oh no!” that appears on the screen when you lose is super silly! I recommend this game for burning time when you’re waiting and on road trips so I say download this today and just have fun with it! There are currently 8 episodes to defeat with more around the corner! Specials and more with things to knock down and humor all the way!

So this game is awesome and spectacular and all but like every game it could have more to make it better than it already is so I have some suggestions. 1, can you add more daily challenge variety cause the current levels are great but I kind of get bored of them repeating. 2, can you add more colors for the cars? Like blue and yellow and green and purple? Or better yet, make a car designer? Like a ava-car (avatar but instead of tar it’s car) maker?but like I said this game is AWESOME,COOL,AMAZING and SPECTACULAR in (almost) every way. GET IT!

One of my most favorite mobile games was What The Golf on Apple Arcade (if you love this game you should 100% play What The Golf). What The Golf was a funny little game that just brings a smile to your face. When What The Car came out it made me have that same feeling way back when What the Golf first came out. The graphics are amazing, the voices are amazing, and the level creativeness is amazing. This game will never get old, especially if you are trying to 100% it. If you are looking for a roller coaster of a game then this is the one for you.

Such an amazing and fun game. I love how crazy, goofy, weird, and clever this game is. The levels are punny, creative, challenging, and some are really hard. I also love collecting the cards in the levels and all of the secrets and funny things throughout each world. The skull levels are great. ☠️ I also love the player made levels and special themed areas you can explore. There is so much to this game and I’m never bored. Also, love all of the bears. If you love this game, you’ll also love What the Golf. So great! Keep up the great work. 😁😁😊❤️

I have never written a review for anything, ever. This game was so amazing that I just had to make sure everyone else downloads it too! The music is excellent, all the jokes are so hilarious and get me laughing every single time! The sound effects are awesome (like when you hit a bear they squeak, literally amazing) and there are no glitches plus levels are super fun to play and to try to get better at them to get gold crowns! Although it would be fun to play with friends, I can’t think of anything I would change about this game! I love it so much and hope it gets to the top of the arcade!

I really like this game. It's a lot like What the Golf but with even more ridiculous elements. (See my review on What the Golf.) There are a lot of funny references to your other games in this one, which is fun to look for.

Buuuut...like all of my reviews, I have tips:
1. Do daily events. You do that in What the Golf and it enhances a lot of things about the game.
2. Online mode? I know that would be hard to make but that would be really unique!
3. What the Golf levels imported into this game? That would be good for people like me who have enjoyed yall's "WHAT THE..." series so far.
4. Add those goofy humans from What the Golf!! Those guys are really funny...you should add them in with the bears.
5. Add more of the cutscene humor like that one time where the bear flings himself from the see-saw.

I just recently came across this game when I decided to use my 3 month free of Apple Arcade, and I just have to say that this game is super addicting and fun. It’s hilarious playing as different versions of a car and trying to beat the levels. For me it started out as fun but slowly turned into a grind lol. Now instead of playing just for the fun of it I’m trying to get gold crowns on every level and also collecting all of the cards! It sure is challenging but I’ve already come so far! Definitely recommend getting this game! 👏

i love the cute bears along with you and all the puns like a marry poppin joke i would love more bomb jokes and if theys a mary poppin joke there has to be a harry potter joke and it should be something like harry honking i do not u derstand the whole underaged thing at least make warning of what would happen instead of underaged i spent a long time making a level only to find out i can’t post it i love the game also i would love to make some jokes for the game like harry honking or carry potter and also i would like a stage rand the theme is zoo so you’re just jumping over a ton of seals and monkeys once again i love the game but don’t understand the concept of underaged and you guy please make one of the cars riding a gummy bear in a candy stage or make the car a gummy bear and i speak for the world when i say we need more ducks and tacos
and like what the golf ⛳️ we need a plot twist with science experiments at the end it would be so cool but it should be different at the same time thank you for reading this you guy (creators and other people)

I love this game! I beat it in 2 or 3 days so it was pretty short but it’s still really fun. (Granted, I only did the necessary levels so I could beat it faster) So, I have a couple suggestions, 1, can you make the next episode Star Wars? Or maybe you could do that in what the golf? 2, could you make the level creator a bit easier to use? I get that you want to have to actually drive around to even play a level and i like that too, but I think it is too hard in level creator. 3, could you make it multiplayer? I know that’s probably a pretty big thing to do but it would be awsome. Ok that’s it, Goodbye! (I ❤️this game)

I downloaded this game with my brother yesterday and we’ve been having so much fun with it since. The levels are so wacky in a good way. Me personally I just love this art style which is (obviously) similar to what the golf. I also love the background music as well as the way the level titles are sung. The game works and functions great with almost no glitches. One thing I do think is weird is that sometimes in umbrella levels you start out the level with the button held down and have to click it to undo it. This has only happened in skull levels for me and its only a minor issue but I thought I’d mention it.

TLDR: Great game in many aspects with only one small issue.

This game is legit addictive HOWEVER!!!!!!! So, my sister finished levels 1-6 and it says there’s a party. Does that mean the games’s over? I need to know! Will I beat the game and I am left completely clueless. On the other hand, this game is challenging, fun and addictive. If you are reading this and you like challenge, fun and addictiveness WHAT THE CAR is for you!!!!

Ok, so the game doesn’t end which is good because I LOVE THIS GAME and I would pass out if I didn’t have this game to go to. It is very challenging, which I like. So when you complete a level, you’re like YASSSS! I DID IT!!! It is also pretty; the scenery is gorgeous. Also, the characters are funny. Like the bears. They’re HILARIOUS!!! It’s also peaceful and nice to just explore.

This game is so cool I can not ever play a better game. I also can not stop playing this game it makes me so happy. I love this game so much that I am writing a review I do not give a lot of games this thing so you should be happy just like I am when I am playing this game. I am a 9 year old kid playing this game and l love it! Good job making this game people it is like the best thing ever see you later playing this game over and over again! I love your game so much I can not wait on till I get to play this game again!
