How to fix MCAT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MCAT app on iPhone
Update MCAT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MCAT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MCAT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MCAT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MCAT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MCAT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MCAT App
1. On android, goto Settings » MCAT » click [Force Stop]

Update MCAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MCAT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MCAT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MCAT.

Fix MCAT unable to contact server/ MCAT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MCAT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MCAT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MCAT
