Don’t know how it got accepted to the AppStore. It has too many problems to enumerate in a review.
It lets you buy multiple passes, but you can only activate one at a time, so don’t buy two adult day passes for two adults for one day. Each person needs the app and their own pass.
Maps and navigation are pretty much useless. You lose your planned route as soon as you open your pass. It usually errors out and forces you to log back in again right as you need your pass to get on the bus. Support is done by a dog in a basement.
Use this app only for the e-fares, and use Transit or something else for planning your trips.
The trolley drivers are super nice!

Im standing in front of a bus stop and upon opening the app no routes or other bus stops show up nothing. (Even have pictures) What do we pay taxes for? You can’t even keep a public transit application running accurately.

If there’s a more user unfriendly app, I’m not aware of it. There’s no system map. How do you know what route to click on? Then, you can’t tell if the route is going north south east or west. When you click on the schedule link, it doesn’t give you the schedule. Pathetic
