I have a problem with Parallel Live

- The app has had issues with purchases not working and not being able to restore them.

To resolve Parallel Live network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Parallel Live App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parallel Live » click [Force Stop]

Clear Parallel Live App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parallel Live » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parallel Live.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parallel Live » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parallel Live » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parallel Live
