Can’t get past the login page Unknown error just keeps popping up at top of screen

Hello, the TBN mobile app is great, however, the TBN television app that I downloaded via my Roku works but doesn't show the Live TV option. The Live TV is the greatest since we can see the TBN channel guide. Can you please tell me how we can get the tv app to show the Live TV. Thanks so much.

I am using kindle firestick on my smart tv. I can log in but am unable to stream. All I see is ads.

(Cable TV) TBN guide is totally incorrect after Daylight savings time change. One program is running and the guide lists a different program.

TBN on Spectrum (Honolulu) glitches or pauses throughout the day.

The "TBN WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK" screen plays over and over again EVERY DAY! It's been going on for several weeks. The same isn't happening on other channels. ALSO, the video and audio isn't synched.

Many time upon opening the app it starts with a random ad, but any time it opens or starts and the ad is Steven Furticks BLESSED ad it freezes and kicks me out of the app. Also my other concern is the advertisement between and during shows. Lately a lot of alcohol based ads are playing -vodka, and whiskey type ads and also the ad for Adam and Eve (NOT the Bible couple) and adult sex product store has played and children could have been around. I wasn't thinking I'd have be mindful of advertisements on a Christian network let alone being on the app itself. These are concerning to me and I don't know what can be done but please look into these. As a former alcoholic these ads can be triggers especially being played during my Bible studies. PTL for deliverence and His guiding hand. Also why am getting a "TBN we'll be back" with music screen waiting during and between shows now?

TBN App is very slow responding and won't allow selection of Program series episodes. Blue Selection box doesn't appear in the series. We have 3 Sony Bravia smart TV's 2 years old with Android OS Version 9 with the latest firmware. All three TV's have the same issues with this app only. All recommended troubleshooting fixes for apps did not help. Clearly your App is the problem with the Android IOS and very buggy. Love the programming but the slow buggy App is too painful to use until corrected. D Kmack

Every time I turn TBN on once I get some thing on TBN to work if I go to some thing else or try to go to the next episode it freezes and it won’t work for for till the like the next time I try to watch something on it several days later it just happened again

I cannot login to TBN on Roku. Keep getting "unknown error"

My TBN channel on ROKU TV won't open today for the first time.

I click on Mike Huckebee show to watch episodes but nothing is showing up. I tried logging out and back in like somewhere was suggested but still nothing. I use Roku stick.

We have 3 fire TVs with tbn installed under 1 account because only 1 tv is used at a time. Everything was fine for weeks then the same problem occurred on all 3 tvs. The app appears to work and act normal but every time we select something to watch it starts and then CAN NOT PLAY STREAM message pops up stopping the video. Reinstalled the app no difference and no help on this issue.

TBN has been off the air for a week in Wheaton, IL (western suburb of Chicago) on xfinity. Message on screen says station is experiencing technical difficulties, and is working to restore service. A week is a long time. Please restore service. It’s the station I watch most often.

Was working fine. This morning won't pause, rewind or fast forward.

I have been tried numerous times to login to TBN from my roku device and get unknown error

TBN programs freeze/pixel watching Spectrum cable on a regular basis. It doesn't matter what channel the program is shown on, if it is from TBN it is unwatchable. To get it working again I call Spectrum service, they create a "ticket" and send TBN a message their broadcasts are messed up. In about 3 or 4 days it gets fixed and lasts for about a month. After a month it starts the same freeze/pixel problem and I have to call Spectrum and start the "ticket" process all over again. Does anyone from TBN ever monitor their broadcasts for quality? Is satan in charge of the signal coming out of TBN to Spectrum? Does anyone at TBN know how to fix the feed they send to Spectrum cable?

Boots us out of program and freezes up.

I don't know if anyone else reported this issue, but TBN Live keeps pausing by itself after ads/commercials breaks, this happens on all browsers and operating systems on my home network. I have to shut down the session on browser and reload the TBN Live session.

As I am watching live. I get a message that asks if I want to continue. There is a tab that says continue. But when I click on it it doesn't work. Why is it asking me that anyway? I am sitting there watching it

New update will not even open... Just flashes and gone Android tablet. Older version did work, but even older version will not load properly. Using wifi... No mobile service.

When trying to watch TBN live, I can hear the channel but the screen is just pixels and can not see picture

SinceTBN put out the new app It forces you to put in email and password, but no matter what I try, it won't let me log in. It says fill out missing info, or can't verify me. Tried everything think you are going to lose alot of audience if not fixed.

I have contacted ROKU and TBN concerning not being able to sign on to the TBN network. After I enter my user name and password I get the message "unknown error".

Have TBN app on Roku and keeps asking me to login and then opens without logging in, are you having issues?

When I try to tune in to TBN live on my android tv App, it first starts some advertisement and after the advertisement is finished, does not go to live tv, but stops, and again tries to load the advertisement - this repeats and never loads the live tv.

When will the better together series be updated? Only showing episode 590 -595

TBNuk was blocked until I created an account, now it's just Spanish adverts!!
