app doesn’t work properly

After trial version expired I was bought a premium subscription, but app doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show any data on app or widgets. It says error occurred all the time even I sent an email to developer no response yet. It passed more than a month so I would like to cancel my subscription. No response or any updates so I don’t think why I keep this subscription. Thanks
