I have a problem with Common App

User reports:
No current problems

- The app doesn't save login information, so users must enter it every time.

- The app doesn't allow transfer students to access their applications through the app.

- The app is just a reskinned web browser with CommonApp being its only tab, window, and start page.

- The app appears in areas unreachable to interact with on phones without the button.

I tried creating an account through the app but is not working please help me

To resolve Common App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Common App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Common App » click [Force Stop]

Clear Common App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Common App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Common App.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Common App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Common App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Common App
