I canceled my membership and they keep charging me. The first useless customer service told me my membership is active and that’s why i am being charged . The second customer service said my membership is canceled and i shouldn’t pay anything anymore. Then the 3rd said, even if you cancel you still need to pay the monthly payment. It seems I will pay for the rest of my life because i was stupid enough to subscribe to them. I asked them to show me a policy where it says i have to pay for 2 or 3 months after cancellation and i did not get a response

Worse app ever and if there is something less than zero I would rate them that.. poor service and rude customer service agents that only reply with emails once every 2 or 3 days 🤬🤬🤬
Regret downloading and installing this nonsense app and wasting bd1 that was deducted from my bank account when I added my card👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I downloaded TamaraShopNowPayLater & couldn’t use it because they don’t offer it in the United States. They don’t tell you that where you down load TamaraShopNowPayLater that’s it’s only good in certain countries. Highly disappointed. They lost a potential good customer. They need to offer this in more places.

The worst company I have dealt with, if they have something to take from you, they are the fastest, and if you have something to take from them, they are the slowest , unreasonable amount of exploitation, and the customer and not serving it well, they give you just vague answers and a failed experience that I will not repeat ❌❌❌❌❌❌

Poor experience that gets worse by the day , been chasing their useless so called customer service which is a big joke and only getting lame excuses and silly answers ,charging me for an order that was cancelled and refunded my the merchant 10 days ago and I'm still chasing them to refund my money and nothing!!!
No customer service number to reach them on! Waste of time and loss of money

They have 0 professionally and they dont respond to customers , instead they use automated reply templates , i even reach out to chat support and they were very rude. and worst of all,their number is not working when u press number for reach an agent , i cant trust them they dont have quality assurance at all

My due payment was today however I noticed that I was charged twice for the same. When I reached the customer service lady who is there I guess for fun, she answered me on manner like we are working together in Banias Square for a years. No proper phone vs CS etiquette,calling me dear ,cutting the conversation just to end the chat. Horrible. I wished that I never installed TamaraShopNowPayLater on first place. And all I have to say is SHAME ON YOU TAMARA YOU ARE USELESS.

Since my name is Tamara and I found an app that does what I like which is shop now and pay later. I thought it would be a good match but since it’s very expensive to selective countries and ZIP Codes, I don’t think it will fit me since I’m in US but overall, of course I’m gonna give this one more star because you know Tamara, Tamara.

I was trying Apple Pay it did not work, there was no reason or directions available to know what is the issue though the card was in the wallet

I have actually tried it so I can use it in my online boutique, I will definitely try it 😍✨

Regardless of the business model, which been adopted frequently last couple of years. TamaraShopNowPayLater really blown my mind. Its even better than apple’s official apps. No bugs, easy to use, fast transition, great great great interface and reliable. The quickest refund I have seen !! I wish all my app could be as reliable as this !

Tamara makes it so easy for me to buy what i need. Paying my bill in 4 months is a bless for me. I can’t say more, but in general love you guys and thank you for such a service like this which makes people’s life easier to adapt with.

For me the simplicity of rules and not too complicated was the best measure for me.
Not too many requests to just purchase my item.
I just wated them to have the ability to pay for all my different payments at the same time instead of paying one by one.

Great app, great idea, great service. My only comment is I wish I can find all the stores that support your service on TamaraShopNowPayLater , unfortunately some stores do support your service but are not found in app. How can I find all the places where I can use your services?
