A store signed me up. Now I cannot login AuraMENA for the first time because I get an error saying “invalid last name”.

Where are my points… I downloaded AuraMENA and opened it there is no where i can find my information or at least my number and where are points that will get expired as u mentioned in the sms that are 4368 … I found nothing in AuraMENA … i have the screenshot shots and like I thought before it’s just a scam nothing more.

Will capture a lot of your personal information as well as ask for a very complicated password. Bad app optimization. Instantly removed and not worth selling your information for any discount.

When I opened the application it freezes and logged out immediately. At cashier so I couldn’t redeem my points multiple time due to that. So it’s worse.

I am not able to make an account as I am not receiving otp at all and my phone number is reachable and no one is able to help me neither the call center!

Why not able to add to apple wallet?

If I earn points on money I SPEND MY MONEY with affiliated brands why should my points expire??? AuraMENA is not worth the time in my opinion.

AuraMENA says online that at 25,000 points I will achieve Aura VIP. I am now over 27,000 points and still haven’t received Aura VIP level. False advertising.

It will be great if you can add the ability to add the aura card in apple wallet app

I wish you cad add the rewards card to the Apple Wallet for an easier access to the users.

A very excellent rewards program. I used my reward at American Angel today when purchasing and at the discount time as well. It is amazing.

Are use my points at Bath and body Works shake shack, pottery barn,And that’s not even making a dent in the number of places that you already shop at that will let you save money for other stores I highly recommend
