FreebirdsRestaurant is absolutely overrated. When you select “No Rice” or “No Beans” it de-selects item so you have to scroll up FreebirdsRestaurant which is horrible due to scrolling being slowed down for who knows what reason? You have to scroll multiple times just to get somewhere. No ease of gliding like rest of FreebirdsRestaurant . The images are not compressed so they take a while to load. Overflow issues all over the place as well.

Downloaded FreebirdsRestaurant because the mobile site is so bad, unfortunately FreebirdsRestaurant is even worse. Glitchy, bad UX, when I finally managed to submit an order it redirected me to a blank page that never loaded. I only know the order went through because I got a confirmation email. Bottom line: heavy drug use is expected of the restaurant staff, but should be discouraged for the mobile developers.

I used to use FreebirdsRestaurant weekly. However, with each update, FreebirdsRestaurant has become more and more difficult to use. Lately, it has become absolutely worthless as it won’t allow me to log in or place an order. I don’t know why FreebirdsRestaurant developers felt that they needed to take a working app and make it not work, but they have succeeded in preventing me from ordering from Freebirds, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere even though Freebirds is one of my favorite places to eat. I really hope they fix FreebirdsRestaurant for the iPhone soon, so I can start ordering from FreebirdsRestaurant again.

Wanted to order from FreebirdsRestaurant . Downloaded and tried to sign up. Apparently my number was used before in the past. OK, but I can’t get FreebirdsRestaurant to go back to the sign up page.

Each time I open FreebirdsRestaurant I’m on the enter phone number page with the only option to “save changes”. When I enter my number I get “Oops! Phone has already been taken.” But I can’t get back to the previous screen to even try to solve myself.

Unusable unless you remember your account, from however long ago that might have been 🙄

One of the more frustrating restaurant apps. Order history is difficult to find. You can’t add items to a previous order list. Must scroll through all options before adding to cart. Favorite restaurant location continues to be forgotten. My cart was emptied twice by FreebirdsRestaurant because it didn’t accept my requested pickup time of ASAP (which was the default). Overall so unfriendly to use that I won’t be ordering from this restaurant until they check out their competition and completely rebuild FreebirdsRestaurant .

Got an offer for a free cookie with any purchase and when we tried to use it for an in store pickup through FreebirdsRestaurant , the man in the store said it was only for in-store orders. The guy also said that it was only for half off the cookie. FreebirdsRestaurant clearly says free cookie and it says it twice on the same offer. Fix your offers because this caused a lot of problems for the workers in the restaurant and me.

I have been a fan of Freebirds for years and years and over time FreebirdsRestaurant has consistently taken steps backwards. The inability to use gift cards while ordering on FreebirdsRestaurant . The inability to use rewards while ordering on FreebirdsRestaurant due to confusing glitches. I’ve ordered food from my closest freebird and the order was sent two cities away. FreebirdsRestaurant and recent changes in store has me questioning if I want to frequent the chain anymore. I don’t believe I have been anymore disappointed in a company like this.

I’m a huge fan of Freebirds and love the food, but I’ve lost count of how many times the frustrating app has convinced me to go elsewhere to eat. Every update seems to make it crash more and less intuitive. When I try to “order again” the majority of the time none of my personal data: name, email, phone number, etc... will fill. The order often won’t process if I’m lucky enough that FreebirdsRestaurant hasn’t crashed by the time I get through the order. Cheers I’m going to Chipotle.

I used to eat here fairly regularly. But the last time I ordered freebirds from FreebirdsRestaurant , they didn’t add the most important ingredient. The meat. I didn’t realize until I got home to eat. And I didn’t want to drive all the way back to have them correct this mistake. So, I contacted them about the issue and never got a response. How do you not remember to put in the main ingredient to a meal? Anyways, the lack of customer service is unacceptable for me. I’ll no longer eat there.

App is slow to load pages and seems glitchy. It also needs a favorites or order again option. I spent about 10 min building a burrito and getting it added to my cart. Then FreebirdsRestaurant said it could not communicate with the store and could not complete my order.

I like the idea of being able to earn points when I buy stuff. But it logged me out of FreebirdsRestaurant at some point and when I log in it asks me to verify details (my phone number). Not a problem, until I actually put my phone number in and it says that my phone number is already taken (by me obviously). Please fix this!

I love Freebirds and order often, however FreebirdsRestaurant is not user friendly. It doesn’t pick up on your scrolls, choices, and logs me out regularly even while within FreebirdsRestaurant . I constantly have to go back and re-choose add-ons I’ve already chosen for an order because it didn’t recognize my choice. Doesn’t allow me to enter a tip. It feels very clunky to use.

I love to eat at FWB. The service is always great and I adore the food. Knowing that there’s a loyalty program that will help me earn free food is even better. Yet, every time I use FreebirdsRestaurant to order ahead there is a technical issue. First I thought it was my phone. I tried updating FreebirdsRestaurant as needed. But FreebirdsRestaurant can never load the menu so that I can start an order. I’m constantly reloading the page only to see nothing but background icons. This is a major pain since I
would like the convenience of ordering ahead. The sad part is that I have to logon using my desktop to gain points. Please find a way to fix these issues. I know your company values convenience. Thank you for reading this review.

Just left Freebirds on Bay Area Blvd. haven’t been in a few months. Very disappointed when we arrived at the park to eat our lunch they didn’t include any plastic forks to eat my bowl with and no napkins. I couldn’t believe I got two kids meals ( very small bird compared to what we normally received for the kids size). Also two kids birds one bowl no drinks a large caso ( size of a shot glass) was $30. Chips are stale.

After setting up my profile, app still asks for contact info on order.
Doesn’t use ApplePay
Order took multiple attempts as it kept dropping my selections.
Then, it sent my order to a location 150 miles away, even after location services selected the store across the street.
Should never have been released without testing

Knocks you off after you sign in, doesn’t populate address for delivery, kids eat free Sundays doesn’t work even though the email clearly states “delivery” as an option, and whatever you do don’t hit “reload” while in FreebirdsRestaurant ! It clears everything in your order and forces you to place your order with Chuy’s instead because you are sick of trying to get FreebirdsRestaurant to work.

Received email that points about to expire. Had 10% off offer. Ordering through FreebirdsRestaurant was super painful as scrolling and choosing was small area and often not responsive. After a long time spent to get cart ready, app asked for my contact info even though I was signed in to my profile. The 10% coupon did not allow me to apply. I gave up and exited my order. Needs big quality improvement.

Had this issue a year or so ago and had it again this evening. The family rarely use FreebirdsRestaurant to order simply because the interface is clunky and confusing. I’ve had FreebirdsRestaurant completely wipe out my order after customizing four different items. Ended up just closing FreebirdsRestaurant and going to the store and waiting in line… really irritating. Also, the kids eat free Sunday deal wasn't applying despite having two adult entrees and two kids meals.

Does what you need it to do other than keep track of orders. Once it is placed, there is no way to check up on it. Please add order tracking, location of order, order status etc

Overall a great app that works well . I would like more customization options such as half one meat and half another . Salsa options should also be “light , medium, heavy “ . Overall I dig FreebirdsRestaurant but it feels a little cold and robotic and doesn’t have the personality that I enjoy of Freebirds. I like how customized my food can be when in store . Due to covid-19 I only order pick up / drive through and I miss all the customization options that going in store offers. I want to support Freebirds local stores more often but this clunky app prevents that .

Whatever company was outsourced to create FreebirdsRestaurant has done a terrible injustice to Freebirds and probably ran away with a bunch of money in the process.

FreebirdsRestaurant is horrible. Broken in so many ways. I ordered for delivery, confirmed on the purchase complete screen it was for delivery... only to find an hour later it sent it for pickup. Spent another 40 mins driving to pick it up, only to have burritos that had been sitting around for almost 2 hours.

I have to enter my address 4 or 5 times now to make sure it’s going to do pickup.

We defer to other places to eat because ordering on FreebirdsRestaurant is so frustrating and we never know what the result will be.

Freebirds - if you’re listening - fire whoever wrote FreebirdsRestaurant and get reputable people to come in and make it right.

I absolutely love Freebirds. Our family of six eat there almost every Sunday.

We pre-order our meal before showing up to eat at the location. Reordering from your previous orders is quite frustrating.

All you can see in your cart is the name of the item not the selections you made for the item. You cannot amend an existing item from a previous order.

I hate to make the comparison but the Chipotle app makes this process a lot easier. Freebirds has even more customization options than Chipotle has so it makes a lot of sense to improve this experience.

Also, I often get this arcane error of “the price of guacamole has changed, please resubmit your order”. When this happens I have to recreate the entire order.

Can't log in through FreebirdsRestaurant . It shows their website within the main app window, spinning F. Eventually throws up a dialog box with a random string. Web site doesn't work in iPhone safari, so when I tried to report the issue there, I hit the Submit button and nothing happens. Have visited a store twice when they had "technical problems", and I couldn't redeem points. I'm a big fan of the burritos, but I really miss the days when we used the card - it always worked.

I couldn’t believe some of the reviews I read and thought maybe people were just being picky. How hard can it be to just order a burrito? Well, this is the most an intuitive and glitchy app I have ever used. Tried to order twice and got an error saying the order wouldn’t go through because of an invalid phone number. My phone number is in there, and it’s valid. But, even though the order didn’t get through, my credit card was still charged. I need to just turn this whole system off until it’s been thoroughly tested. But, their food is still awesome! And I guess that’s what’s most important.

Make no mistake--this company has redesigned its entire app-based loyalty program to benefit itself not reward loyal customers. FreebirdsRestaurant itself doesn't work (barcode scanner) though co. will claim your phone needs to be updated. Receipts musts be scanned within 72 hrs and never more than 1 per day so not only has this company outsourced the accumulation of points to customers it's also actively making it difficulties to claim the points earned. Must have hired the same consultants as the airlines.

FreebirdsRestaurant has become garbage. It doesn’t work half the time......can’t find previous orders until you fill out a new order, who cares at that point. Can no longer pay at the store, can’t apply rewards through app.....garbage.

For trying so hard to pass yourself off as a hipster place to eat etc., you fail at modern technology that hipsters use.

Quit telling people to reach out to your technical team. They/we have reached out to you and explained our experiences......now you reach out to the technical team and fix the problems. It’s called customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I have give my money to another restaurant because FreebirdsRestaurant is so frustrating.

FreebirdsRestaurant, although functional, is a pain to use in little ways that add up. I’ll describe one issue here, but really you should hire a usability consultant to walk through the user paths and clean things up.

My favorite feature is re-ordering something I’ve ordered before. (Mostly because it saves me from creating a new order from scratch.) You gave me no hint that this feature existed—I‘ve seen it on competitor’s apps and hunted through the menu until I stumbled on it on the account page.

The problem is, once the old order is back in the cart, I can’t tweak one ingredient of, say, a burrito. I have to re-select all the ingredients again, which is the effort I’m trying to save in the first place.

This could be such a great app if a little more thought were put into it.

You “fixed” something that wasn’t broken and now it’s broken. I used to use FreebirdsRestaurant once or twice a week but now every time I try to use it it frustrates me to no end. And the website isn’t much better. It gets hung up constantly and is much harder to navigate than previously. It bums me out that a place with such great food has such a worthless app.

I use FreebirdsRestaurant for a third-party delivery service and find it very difficult to navigate. When setting up it’s very confusing. Being in her face is a poor design and very glitchy. It does not allow you to store payment information until you actually place an order. I would like to have that information stored before I am actually working on my delivery. FreebirdsRestaurant needs improvement.

It took 10 minutes after the burritos were made to get someone to take our money their used to be a cashier they use to talk to you now it's just an assembly line of food no extra fun like it was in the past
The manager doesn't come around anymore to ask how you liked your food

I love FreebirdsRestaurant me and my boyfriend go here all the time and use FreebirdsRestaurant to get free food and it's great since we are in college!! But lately FreebirdsRestaurant has not been working every time I try to pull it up it says "error can't connect to the server" and it been doing this for a while. It would be great if there was an update to fix this.

I use FreebirdsRestaurant twice a week and the last version is absolutely frustrating! Takes ages to sign in, it’s slow and just doesn’t respond to taps. FreebirdsRestaurant is also not as intuitive as the the previous version. What used to take seconds to place an order, now takes 5-10 min. Why fix something that wasn’t broken??

I've never had any issues with scanning receipts and earning my points. But what annoys me is that I cannot edit an order once it's in my cart. If I forgot to add or want to remove something, I have to delete it from my cart and start the order all over again. That's my biggest issue with it.

Their app was buggy and the page would skip around when you click something. Spent 20 minutes trying to order something because FreebirdsRestaurant kept closing out of my order and once I finally ordered it was saying my phone number wasn’t valid which it was, plus I also tried my brothers phone number. Never even got to actually order the food. I would never recommend FreebirdsRestaurant to anyone.

My fault people...I said that Jordan was the best server,,but I was wrong. I had my guys names mixed up. Please forgive me. Your go to Guy Is Derek. Honestly, I will skip over other servers for Derek. He always gets it right and I never have a complaint when he prepares my order. CUDOS SIR!!!! YOU NEED A RAISE MY BROTHER!!
