Vincent MyTeaPal actually does help people connect. The daily tea posts with those that love tea share their experience. It is not intuitive how to use it. I would particularly like to say the ability to move a tasting journal to the daily tea community post with all of the tasting notes, source and photos would be a lot less work. There is not enough information transferred from my tea journal to the daily T community posts. I would like to have the ability to post most of it otherwise I have to start all over again to post a daily tea community. This should include the picture on my journal. I tried it today and it is just nothing helpful.

I just started using MyTeaPal and I do like it. I recommended it to my daughter. We would like to share our tea journey and wish there was a friend option on MyTeaPal .

I love that I can track my teas on this app. It is very easy to enter in new teas and to look through my history. This makes for a fun way of tracking and journaling one’s tea habits.
I feel like MyTeaPal has really expanded my knowledge of tea and has gotten me invested into learning more about the history of this drink. I also feel a lot more educated about the different types of tea after using MyTeaPal. It is great for tea enthusiasts who like to take detailed notes and journaling. OR it can be used just as effectively by a newcomer to the tea scene.

I love MyTeaPal. Been testing it since it was in beta mode. It has everything I need it for journaling my tea practice. Helping me to keep track of things and to avoid mistakes in tea brewing. And the developer is a really nice person. So yeah, I definitely recommend MyTeaPal!

I love this tea app! It does everything I want it to do and more. I've wanted a convenient way to keep notes on the teas I have tasted and be able to easily find them again and this is it. I didn't think I would want to add photos of my teas until I started using MyTeaPal, and now I really love having that feature. I have taken notes on 122 teas so far and it's great to look back to refresh my memory of different teas and to learn how I might improve my brewing techniques. This is truly the best app ever!

MyTeaPal is perfect. I’ve struggled to find a good way to log my brews— I’ve tried a notebook, an excel sheet, just using Instagram, etc. Nothing categorized and organized things the way I wanted until now! It’s all in there, if you’re a big tea lover just download it already! You won’t regret it! Even my college tea club groupchat can’t stop raving about it. I know MyTeaPal is very new, but one thing I’d love to see in the future would be a social aspect, being able to add friends and see what they’re brewing. 5/5, 10/10. Amazing.

MyTeaPal works great for anyone who likes tea! It’s a great way to catalog your tea inventory and also keep track of what teas are your favorite or maybe not so much. Definitely recommend!

I was searching r/tea on reddit for tea timer recommendations and found this! It’s been wonderful for my wandering mind during tea sessions (10, 11... I really need to do laundry... crap). Both the color scheme and the minimalist sound are well done, as well. Thank you!

It's easy to use and works well for managing and recording your tea sessions and findings/notes. MyTeaPal also tracks your teaware - which I find useful for volume measurements. Well worth trying for your next brew!

My Tea Pal app is one of the most useful tools for somebody who is looking to dig deeper into how teas are affected by water, time, temp, etc. MyTeaPal has all the features you will need to keep an accurate log of your tasting notes so that you can refer back to and also share with the other My Tea Pal community members.

MyTeaPal has really solved all my tea tasting notes needs. It’s a great app to use if you enjoy writing tasting notes, having a place to document your teas, tea wares and more. It has an integrated watch stop and timer, which is great for gongfu style brewing! There are tags provided to classify your teas and you can add very specific notes for each tea! Would 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been an engineer for 15 years and 6 months ago I thought I would write a tea application because I was sick of trying to remember how long my last steep was. Then this came out and I completely abandoned that plan because there’s so much more functionality in here than I would have even thought to build.

MyTeaPal has improved my tea drinking sessions immensely. I use it for proper gongfu sessions and also throughout the day when I can only drink tea between meetings. Being able to track the infusions, remember what temp, and steep time I used has been fantastic. The logs help to choose my tea for the day and the randomizer is great when I feel indecisive. All in all, MyTeaPal has had a large impact on how I drink tea.

A great tea tracking app. A great aspect is that you can be as sparse or thorough as you want in recording teas in your collection or during brews. You can even record info about each infusion for gongfu brewing etc., which is very useful for detailed tastings or reviews. Input your stash and automatically deduct by the gram when you use some to maintain record of what you have. Good for casual tea drinkers and tea obsessives alike!

I never have written a review for an app, but there’s always a first. I’ve just started out using this app, but it obvious that this is a game changer to my daily brewing (well everything actually stays the same, but now a can log it!). Jokes aside everything is very functional clean and overall enjoyable to use. Only recommendation sofar to add cost (per gram 😉) to the tea metadata.

I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. Helps keep my tea stash organized, I can open MyTeaPal and see at a glance what and how much I have in stock. Allows me to save all of my tasting notes in one place. I can check and see the last time I had a session with a particular tea, and remember if I wanted to use more leaf next time, or steap it longer. Works great for western brewing and gongfu cha. Easy 5 stars, highly recommended.

Can track time, temp, tasting notes in logging. Love that I can list my teaware(pots and cups) with volume. Best of all is that it will track my “tea inventory”. Say I tell MyTeaPal about my new 100 g bag of “Sencha Karigane”. I then log my 5g brew. It will adjust the amount to 95g. This should make re-ordering more efficient.
