Scanner App: Document PDF Scan Reviews

The now app locks you into a weekly subscription. Deleting ScannerApp will not end that subscription. You have to know how to cancel the subscription in your phone. I did not until today. I just needed ScannerApp to scan on thing. It is a shame I was continuously charged. Lesson learned. Again since I only needed to scan one document, I can say very little about the quality of ScannerApp . I didn’t have any problems on the that end. Great app for scanning documents.

ScannerApp is great but I almost hate using it because it asks me to go pro SO OFTEN. Once when I open ScannerApp I get and maybe even once or twice while I'm using it but I have to say no thanks a million times when I'm trying to get my work done. Also having to delete projects in order to scan more than 3 without having to pay money is annoying. Otherwise this is a very handy app and has been very useful for my schoolwork that I have to scan in several times a week.

Omg!!! ScannerApp has made me love technology waYyYyyyy moreeeee!!! I had no idea there was an app to scan documents!!!😩 I was sent documents to fill out and sign and was told I had to scan them and send them back to my manager... I’m thinking omg this is so annoying... so I have to go and print them, then go find a scan machine and fax them??😑 then I find ScannerApp! Such a time saver, so convenient, all done while laying in my comfy bed, snuggled in my covers while it pours down raining outside. Best app I’ve discovered in a LONG TIME! 🤗👌🏽📄

They literally do not allow a single scan without updating to a paid subscription. You are given the option to subscribe, or not. If you select no thanks, you get sent back to home screen and can not scan a document at all. They claim you will get unlimited scans with subscription, which implies there are limited scans for free. Stop pretending there is ANY functionality to the free version. There is none.

Have been using iscanner for several months now for both personal and small business use and this is by far the best scanner app that I have ever used. I had tried many others in the past as I am always on the go and don't always have time to stop at my office and use my computer scanner. ScannerApp has nearly replaced my need for a computer scanner.

Earlier today I was in a bind, no access to a scanner, no WiFi etc. I needed a letter of recommendation to complete an application, so I figured I would try before I went out of my way. I took a picture of a tri-folded letter of recommendation outside of the high school where I work, while I sat on a bench in the shade - just to test the lighting. I was AMAZED! Even in the dark, and the wind blowing the quality of the scan was nearly perfect. Anyway, use ScannerApp! Really!

Love this easy to use mobile scanning app. Has a fantastic lock feature, sends through your e-mail & converts to PDF form. Really can't go wrong with this little app. Marginally annoying: the constant ask to update to the pro as with the free you can only scan three docs at a time...totally worth having to say "no thank" every time for this free and easy to use app.

ScannerApp works great and does everything as advertised. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that ScannerApp constantly prompts you to upgrade to its "pro" version. I can understand getting these messages on a free download (you're practically asking to be harassed by ads if it's free), but for an app that actually costs money I would think the devs would be more considerate of their paid users.

This scanner can auto-crop the pages to the correct size, correct distortion of a page (if the picture is taken at a weird angle), and combine/separate pages into pdf format. You can even email your created PDF right from ScannerApp . I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was impressed at the time this saved me when I thought I was going to have to drive back up to my office!

This is a very useful app. I am an application analyst and I do some job related traveling and need to keep receipts for reimbursement. When it's time for submitting receipts for reimbursement, it used to be a pain to scan and upload the receipts. The process hasn't changed for me but it is a whole lot easier with ScannerApp. You can take the pic and then trim to the right size. It's so easy.

I love ScannerApp. As someone that does not own a scanner, I think this is a nifty way to create PDFs of paper documents. It has made organizing my life easier. Also, the PDF is made quickly and delivered in a timely matter to your email inbox, which is something that I struggled with other scanner apps. Thank you for making this free!! It's so invaluable 😁

I don’t know about anybody else, but I’ve downloaded a lot of the scanners due to the fact they give you a couple days free trial which runs out by the time you need to use it again. But out of all my free trials this one is definitely the best, I may even pay for it. very simple and it does all the work,you don’t even have to push the capture button. pretty cool.

I needed to scan something quick but was not at home to use the scanner on my printer, so I went to App Store on my IPad and found ScannerApp. Super easy to use. I was able to scan my document and attach to email from app. It does have annoying pop ups to try to get you to upgrade but It was not annoying enough for me to take away a star. Love it.
