Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever InLab app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix InLab app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InLab app on iPhone
Update InLab app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InLab iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InLab on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InLab network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

InLab Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InLab not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent InLab app issues:

Force Stop the InLab App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click InLab app. » click "Force Stop".

Update InLab to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InLab App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "InLab app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch InLab.

Fix InLab unable to contact server/ InLab internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click InLab » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got InLab » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InLab on android.
