Stock Scanner - Stock Market Reviews

Has a lot of trouble loading sometimes. And I wish there was something with the analysis like buy/sell signals and targets. Or the notifications were able to be clicked to see previous notifications on that ticker. Ex. Roku said keep target but I don’t know what the target was unless I look through all the notifications. I also this the screeners should be listed as watchlists for day trade, swing trades. And options signals would be a great addition. Probably 3 stars for all the glitches and the little info you get for a 40$ subscription. But it’s pretty reliable

At first glance, StockScanner is excellent with lots of free content and a decent notification system for possible runners. They have several premium options as well. In order to create your own screener rules you have to rate 5 stars. Will update when I’ve used it more.

Edit: I subscribed for one year on the premium screener function which I love. But now every time I open or use different functions it forces me to click “start trial” for the analysis bit. I’m tired of being harassed for that piece. I just love their screener for mobile and decided to support them. I don't really use the premium screeners they provide. I prefer making my own. But, again I like supporting companies like this financially. But this issue is getting old and will almost guarantee me not renewing next year.

This has been probably my favorite tool, because it gives constant alerts about potential buys, and I can screen them however I want. I may only act on a small percentage after my own investigations, for which other sources are required. And I definitely turn off the alerts on my phone, but when I want to look into the notifications, it gives me some good starting points. Well worth the money for a swing trader, I think.

I’ve looked at and studied similar apps and this one is by far the most accurate of them all. I’m a beginner and know nothing at all about stock…but because I was smart enough to get StockScanner I made a little more than $800 last month. I started out with only $870. Once I have around $4000 I will be able to buy the more expensive stocks and make even more money thanks to StockScanner. They are correct in the high 80 something % of the time. Great app!!!

I very excitedly downloaded this and easily paid for the premium subscription thinking that it would be well worth my money but at the end of the day I have not been able to access any of the features , it will not upgrade my app to the premium subscription I have subscribe to and to top it all off my one month free subscription was charged automatically that second I put through for a free trial period so now I’m dealing with Apple for a refund! I don’t know if StockScanner is any good because it doesn’t function for me at all even though I’ve paid for their premium service

Not actually giving StockScanner 5 stars, this company just wanted me to give 5 stars to unlock an option screener, so probably majority of the reviews are fake. Save your money from StockScanner because your more likely better off giving yourself ur own advice on a stock then StockScanner because after comparing all the stocks it’s told me to buy, all of them flunked. Luckily I didn’t invest in them because I knew something was suspicious about StockScanner . Better off using Vector Vest.

I downloaded this and tried it out and as I thought you get stock screeners, penny stocks, options, premium at a fraction of the price for just $59 per year is a really good deal for this much information and on top you get analysis by experts which helps the beginner to learn who they look for potential stocks. Try it and you will also like it and use it everyday.

I was playing options on short interdays and losing a lot of money when someone told me about the options signal calls on StockScanner. I like that the calls play longer and I do not have to sit with my finger on the button. I just hit a GE call for over 9k 😍😍 not sure who the wizard is behind the curtain but keep it up. I’ll be a customer forever 👍

Great app! Love the free notification I got let’s see if the premium sends out better notifications.

Edit: now that I’ve used it a little. I have found out there is really nothing special to premium. I get the exact same alerts as my buddy who uses the free version of StockScanner and does not pay monthly. Unless this is fixed I will not be renewing my subscription.

I have only try this for less than a month I have trade some signals one on a option signal on which I made about 40% and a signal on a cup and handle stock I swing trade it this stock for a 11% gain I also trade a GE option signal I haven’t made any positive % on this trade , on the other hand it would be nice if they would also post the negative % on the trades not only the potential profit. Every stock I believe has potential depending on the market conditions.

I find this stock app very intuitive and easy to understand. I am fairly well acquainted and familiar with how do you use the stock market to my best advantage but especially for people who don’t know will lick about the stock market, StockScanner can break everything down Into layman’s terms to help you achieve your goals

I do not understand the facts that even after we paid we still needed to rate an app 5 fives just to set up simple scanner that any online trading site allows customers to do after they paid the premiums which made me think all the 5 star review here is just fake.

I should have done a better job reading the many reviews. I purchased the year subscription and all you get is the same information that is also available for free on yahoo or other free stock information apps. I wrote to them asking for help to make sure I’m not doing anything wrong. I’ll update my post if anything changes. For now, very disappointed.
Update: Support wrote back directing me to buy another app. No suggestion at all on how to use their services better.
Again, disappointed. Asking iTunes for money back.

They ask for a 5 star rating in order to unlock something I haven’t tried yet . Awesome . I’m now exposing so you don’t take this seriously . However that being said , it is an easy to use interface with a lot of parameters to make your stock scanner dreams come true

Being able to create signals with specific criteria helps make my setups easier and less time consuming. A newbie, however desire to win with risk/reward ratio 3:1 if possible if I’m articulating correctly. Thank you for your attention to details and nuances that has a higher probability of assisting me as I learn.

Had to give this review to get the screener. So far StockScanner does seem pretty cool, minus the pop up to buy premium nonstop. It does however show a lot of detail and the information of gives out does seem to be pretty close to spot on so far. Time will tell

It’s immoral of an app to say if u give us 5 star rating then we will give u something. That’s exactly what StockScanner did. I haven’t finished trying the functionality of StockScanner because i had to give a 5 star rating to continue.

This Scanner gives an easy way to identify high quality stocks. The platform form is well designed and is a joy to use. You can make your search simple or complex depending on what your parameters are. This is definitely my go to mobile scanner..

Daily Signal received in notification are working 100%. I recommend to use StockScanner personally it has done what needs to be.

Screeners are purchased separately it would be good if they bring all the purchase in 1 group rather keep it separate.

I was a little up sad i paid money for the premium because it just shows you stocks no review to back the stocks or nothing. this really made me feel like the premium is pointless. A waste of money
