ViX Status

App is stuck at loading screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still stuck. Adjusted settings. Still stuck. Is there a current app issue going on?

While watching a novela the program starts the movie, but when it gets to the next episode, it will not continue. I have Vix plus so that I would not get commercials. So after each episode a commercial tries to come on and then stops, and I cannot get to the next episode.

Cuando uso la ayuda de Buscar y obtengo los resultados se friza y no puedo escoger de la lista y eso pasa una y otra vez

The app keeps closing out on the amazon alexa cube, I've done everything to restarting it to reinstalling. Nothing. Be watching a show for minute and the next, is closed again. I'm going to cancell

The television freezes alot quite a bit during the broadcast of a movie

I am watching a novella and during the episode and a commercial tries to come on and then skipped the whole episode and goes onto the next one. I’ve missed half the movie when I finally figured it out. I pay for Vix plus so that I don’t get commercials. It’s trying to give me a commercial and then goes on to the next story. Please fix this.

Please note that I continue to have problems with the Vix+ app on my firetv. Vix app goes to ads and when ads are over the whole episode is restarted! This continues to happen to me on another Vix+ program called "Dogma" 2nd. episode and several on "Amores Que Engañan" quite a few episode have the same issue. I've reinstalled it, updated twice with the same results. Felix

The videos start at the end and keep going to the next episodes and then the next episode also starts at the end and goes to the next episode

Vix app always looses connection while other apps play just fine.

The videos are played at the end instead of the beginning

Doesn’t work says error 5 and I already check the internet and remove the channel and installed but doesn’t work
