I just sign in to VIX and i got charged twice for the annual subscription, and I cant contact anybody.
I canceled my subscription and I’m still getting charge. Why?
To acses the vix platform it is asking me to update.i update a d it tell me my divice needs to be 13. Or something,and it eill not let me access.what i understand is my device needs to be a. NEwer version.so know what? Should i cancel?
This is a terrible app. It crashes A LOT!!!!! Entirely too many commercials and they are the same commercials over and over! It seems like the commercials equal 50% of the program time! When the commercials come on (which is very often) they are much louder than the program I’m watching. Very, very disappointed in this app. Once I finish the series I’m watching, I’m dumping this app.

I have never had such a horrible experience with an app. There’s not search bar on the mobile app. On the Apple TV app they have a search bar but when you search something, it only shows you random videos without the option to add it to your list( which isn’t a list just a recently played). And when search and click a video it only lets you play that episode and not search through the other episodes for the chosen show. I don’t even care about commercials. But my god there is no organization. For every show: Add an option to click on the show and be shown the episode available. Most other apps like Netflix have an “i” for information on the show which then sends you to the rest of the episodes.
If you make an account, allow the user to add shows to a list. The first thing people should see is the recently played shows/movies so they can pick back up.
On the mobile app, some movies show the total playing time which blocks the actual name of the movie. That’s not necessary. Just show it after they click on the movie. And I would suggest not automatically playing the movie. Allow them to see some information about the movie “description, play time, rating”

There’s way too many ads and they come on too frequently like every 5 minutes. And the worse part is that there’s 5-8 ads per break which is too much and some of them are a minute long. I got excited to get this app but the ads make it too difficult too watch and annoying. A few every once in a while would be ok since it’s a free app, but a bunch of them every few minutes is ridiculous so I’m getting rid of it. Also, another inconvenience is that I was almost done watching an episode and it didn’t save my progress when I went back to finish it. And of course you have to sit through a bunch of ads to get to the spot you were in. Oh and there’s no way to search for a specific title either. Not worth it.

Playing episodes one after the other is not an option unless you continuously are watching. Pausing the episode and going back to the main menu causes this and have to go back to the episode guide to pick the next episode, once there takes forever to get further down the episode guide, search bar would be appreciated. Once I pick an episode it plays automatically and gives a couple seconds before it starts. Episodes do not save, I start watching on firetv and resume on my phone and have to go and search for the episode again and try to figure out where I left watching it.
There is a lot of commercials and I completely understand for them, but man they are excessive, for a free streaming app there shouldn’t be so much adds, in one add break there are from 5 to 7 adds, I start watching again from a break and in less than two minutes commercial break again or sometimes it can be less than a minute and back to commercials. On other free apps they have about three breaks in between with more to show/movie to watch. Again I get the ads, but i feel I watch more ads than the actual show I’m watching.
