When I enter my ssb2 it is not working it just show me the loading screen for hours

To resolve Simple Sandbox 2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Simple Sandbox 2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Simple Sandbox 2 » click [Force Stop]

Clear Simple Sandbox 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Simple Sandbox 2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Simple Sandbox 2.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Simple Sandbox 2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Simple Sandbox 2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Simple Sandbox 2
