Videos are misleading, graders are not performing steps correctly/out of sequence. Could use some work.

I’m currently running through EIB and we are running in to issue with people using EIBPro . The video on EIBPro are great and go step by step. But there are some discrepancies in what is on the book, in the videos, and what the grader wants to see. For example, in javelin step 4 on misfire is disconnect CLU for round. In the video the demonstrator lifts up and cleans. Our graders want us to remove completely and clean. Both steps meet the performance measures. If you could add to EIBPro so each EIB test serial could upload to EIBPro so candidates could see exactly what the graders for their EIB is looking for, that would help out at ton. I know EIBPro is new and I’m sure this has been kicked around. Just trying to help Everyone out. EIBPro is great

Currently in EIB testing. The handbook now shows Adjust rear sight as the step before “backblast area clear”

In the video the female should have been stopped and got a no go since she placed the x in wrong location on the back side of patient and also she did not put the location or verbalize the location of where the pulse was taken I.E 80F for finger

EIBPro was my Holy Grail during my EIB Train up and Testing. The Videos and flash cards made it even more reliable. I have to give a lot of credit to the developer for creating EIBPro which helped me and my peers get our EIB. If you’re looking to get yours too, look no further!! EIB PRO is the way to go!! Highly Recommend!!

Even with reasonable mitigation, my EIB/ESB book was ruined by like day 3, this comes in clutch. Also a great way to prepare Soldiers outside of EIB/ESB Train-up.

EIBPro is great for anyone going out for EIB easy to use and keeps you on track. Even if you aren’t doing EIB it has good knowledge for promotion boards or for me Soldiers.
