Customer service is unavailable for help

I go to your website to get a ticket started about the issue and not being able to move forward at the cracked pillar. The hit button does not work it keeps sending me round and round and I do not know how to fix it to proceed forward.
I understand technical glitches but you guys never seem to write back and address the issue. Can you please tell me how to move past this because again your ticket system does not work.
Another flawed game

Can’t progress in the scene when I’m supposed to do something with cracked pillar. Hints lead me nowhere. I don’t think I’ll ever give this developer another chance when I can’t remember the last game they’ve put out that I was able to play all the way through without a major bug. And I’m not going to waste my time reporting all the details needed for a bug fix. It’s the developer’s job to weed out glitches, not the customer’s job. Itunes wouldn’t refund me either:(.
No Sound

I tried reinstalling the game, but I still have no sound.
Is anyone else having this issue. I will try to play the sample without sound and see if there is any other issues.
