I go to your website to get a ticket started about the issue and not being able to move forward at the cracked pillar. The hit button does not work it keeps sending me round and round and I do not know how to fix it to proceed forward.
I understand technical glitches but you guys never seem to write back and address the issue. Can you please tell me how to move past this because again your ticket system does not work.

Can’t progress in the scene when I’m supposed to do something with cracked pillar. Hints lead me nowhere. I don’t think I’ll ever give this developer another chance when I can’t remember the last game they’ve put out that I was able to play all the way through without a major bug. And I’m not going to waste my time reporting all the details needed for a bug fix. It’s the developer’s job to weed out glitches, not the customer’s job. Itunes wouldn’t refund me either:(.

I tried reinstalling the game, but I still have no sound.

Is anyone else having this issue. I will try to play the sample without sound and see if there is any other issues.

The game won’t play after I get the donkey whistle. The screen shrinks to a tiny square with only a small section of the scene so I can’t tap where I need to. I restarted the game but to no avail. I would like to play this game so hopefully this can be fixed.

Finally a game with no problems. This game was different from the others in that there is no potions to make which I enjoy, otherwise a nice game.

No glitches or bugs, pretty good length..

I had the same problem as the other reviewers. But what I really want to know is why have the majority of your games gone to F2? I don’t like those because I like to check the Strategy Guide sometimes when something doesn’t work right and F2s don’t have the Guide. I figure that I did something wrong and I check the Guide to make sure it’s not me. Will Dominigames put more games out that are not F2s, please? Otherwise, I guess I’ll just have to find some good books to read. Thanks

Played the trial, then when trying to purchase get a message that says “sorry, cants purchase at this time”. Any ideas?

I deleted and reloaded the game, then I could purchase.

I enjoyed the game very much. It would be Greta if we could set our own goals or accomplishments. For example I always like to find all of the object in hops, all collectibles, etc.

Thank you Domini for getting another game out to us so quickly. It is a wonderful distraction. Your games take me on adventures that I completely enjoy and look forward to. Great job, please keep them coming. Stay safe everyone👍

I love it

Although the storyline was the norm from Domini (evil entity steals powers in exchange for immortality and destruction), this was a gorgeous game worth playing for the magnificent graphics alone. The quality assurance was fantastic (two games in a row, so hopefully Oleg’s new programmers are the right people for the task), the game was lengthy inclusive of the bonus adventure and the gameplay was enjoyable. Collectibles included morphing genie lamps, animal tracks and nuts to decorate a laboratory. I would have liked to concoct potions as we usually do in this series but they were done in the form of complex items.
My gripe is that the game lacked innovative elements. How many times can you dig with a bowl, use a glove to move branches, extinguish flames, clean paint with solvent, etc? I would have liked a bit more unusual inventory usage. The HO scenes did have a terrific mix. However, the puzzles/games were ones we have seen time after time, but at least there was a maze! The game was fast-paced and the tasks were enjoyable to accomplish.
For those of you who had an unlock issue, that was not Domini’s fault; it was an App Store problem. Oleg apologized but really it wasn’t on him. For an EIPIX update, right now BF is going through a corporate restructuring, so the licensing agreement is still pending. Oleg hopes to bring us EIPIX starting in October but truthfully we just don’t know.
Anyway, this game was entertaining, magnificent and held my interest. My true rating is 4.5 stars, and I only deducted a half star due to lack of creativity. We need some originality, because after a while the series are just way too similar. Still and all, it was a marvelous game! Stay safe and happy gaming.

Update: Elephant Games has not released anything new on PC/Mac or the mobile platforms. I have written to them several times and received no answer. However, kudos to Drosietwo! She wrote to support (I wrote to an executive) and they told her more iOS games will be released. It must be the corporate reshuffle at BF. It’s throwing all the developers off!
