Poor support
Since you gain more points and diamonds by joint an Alliance (so basically the game forces you to do so), I tried forming an alliance with friends and family. But the Alliance Search does not work. You try and type in the specific name of the Alliance you want and it keeps saying "0 results found" when I know the Alliance exists. I went on the forums to see if there was anything posted about this "bug" and there have been more than a dozen posts for quite some time now complaining of the situation and nothing is fixed yet! It's a shame because there are a lot of competitive games just like this one (for example, Clash of Clans), made by other companies, that work perfectly fine. And when there is an issue, it's taken care of as soon as possible. Months of this bug is ridiculous. Fix the issue soon or you'll receive many reviews like this one!

Crashes, unfair, customer service terrible
CRASHES!!!! Save yourself frustration & don't download this game. Highly addictive & it will frustrate you because game is unfair & they won't fix it. I like the game, but it cheats you out of crowns & customer service doesn't care & doesn't fix it. Game crashes, you lose!!!! Contacting them doesn't help. You can only get to level 71 & then you get treated like dirt. Can't win wars, can't get crowns (but people can steal 40 from you & you can't get 1 from them) highest level weapons still lose battles, highest level troops still lose battles, crashes & closes during battles & you lose. This is the most unfair game I have ever played. Run from Storm8 or FireMocha while you can!!! Plenty of good games out there. This is NOT ONE OF THEM.

Horrible bug/intrusive pop ups
I created two accounts, one on each of my two devices: my iPad and my iPhone. I created an alliance on my iPad and then used the search function on my phone to join the alliance I had created. The result of that search was that there were "0 results found." When I did a Google search to learn how to fix this problem, I found out that this has been a problem for over a year and has yet to be fixed. That is completely unacceptable. In addition, there are constant intrusive pop ups to download and play other games. I will be deleting this game as there are so many better games to play.
