2 years agoI have not been able to log on to my app for about 3 weeks now. The app does not open up just continues to have a losing symbol in the middle of the page and doesn’t change screens at all. Is this a problem with the app or should I see if it’s in my end? The app is up to day and so is my phone. So I’m not sure what else it can be. Thank you very much.

Doesn’t work
Don’t ever get in/out of stock notifications & that’s the main reason I have the app. Have all notifications set on, but the app doesn’t work. 🤬 Oily Tools, when Jake ownded it, ALWAYS worked properly, but as soon as YL bought it & then started this app, nothing ever works…. Ever since Gary died, go figure. 🙄

Crashing
Disappointed in this app. I was excited to hear YL was coming out with an app that would help with the business and then once again with technology they fail. Seriously I’m in HR for my full time job and want to know what is up with their development team. So frustrating!!

App not enabling me to open it
I used to be able to use the YL Insights app. However I cannot even after deleting it and downloading it. When I go to open the app it completely disappears. I wrote in for help and never got a response. I would really like to use the app!
