My monkey account got banned for “wrong age” and saying that I’m not meeting minimum age when I haven’t done anything. I also paid for premium and I don’t want it to go to waste.

How to fix Monkey Chat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Monkey Chat app on iPhone
Update Monkey Chat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Monkey Chat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Monkey Chat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Monkey Chat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Monkey Chat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Monkey Chat App
1. On android, goto Settings » Monkey Chat » click [Force Stop]

Update Monkey Chat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Monkey Chat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Monkey Chat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Monkey Chat.

Fix Monkey Chat unable to contact server/ Monkey Chat internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Monkey Chat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Monkey Chat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Monkey Chat
