Ive had to wait DAYS for my check to clear at times and always had to contact their support which isnt helpful at all. they give you basic solutions that never work and im always constantly left in the dark and treated like garbage when chatting with the support people when i just try and get the most information possible to fix my issue. was good at the beginning and i like the metal card. but those are the only pros. its been a constant downhill since then.

It is April 17. I opened my account in January. I still don’t have a debit card. It would be impossible to go through every part of my horrible experience with this bank. Every single thing they promised fell through. I had to escalate to get cash back for transactions, even if they showed up on history and clearly qualified. I had to contact them to get my interest payments. And it was never one contact; it was always talking to 3 people over weeks to get anything done. Maybe your experience won’t be as horrible as mine was, who knows. Hint: I get 4% up to the first 3k (1% after) with T-Mobile, which is FDIC insured. As time goes on, other banks will pop up and meet or exceed OnJuno’s rate. Either way, I’d rather opt for slightly lower interest rate if it means actually having a debit card.

Hi, I’m giving a 1 star bc every time I enter Juno , the phone tells me “Onjuno pasted from [my name] iPhone.” Please fix this bc it is annoying, first of all, and I value privacy a lot and I don’t know what Juno is “pasting” from my iPhone and I have not allowed that. It’s the same situation like with TikTok when they were pasting every single word typed in Juno which raised concern by a huge number of issues. Thank you

Juno is the worst when transferring from PayPal or other instant transfers to your debit card. Not only does it not credit you immediately, it sometimes subtracts the amount from your balance. Customer service is, at best, ok, but usually subpar when you factor in the methods of communication, wait time, and available times. They likely think giving you a shiny metal card makes everything better, but it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. Possibly a pyramid scheme. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. F OnJuno!

This Onjuno is a bad app,for the past one week now they’ve been holding up my money in thier crypto account and they wouldn't let me access my money,I keep calling and no one pick up,today make it One and half week and they’ve asked me for several kinds of documents which I provided everything and all I hear is wait for 24-48hours to get a respond from the team and now it’s been 1 and half week,I’m reporting Juno right now to the authority,Don’t even try to download Juno or put your money in there,they will hold your money and make you suffer for it,a lot of people are complaining about their poor service, Don’t use Onjuno❌❌❌👎

Nowadays many small financial institutions are coming up without having any proper software. OnJuno is one of them. There are lot of bugs on their software and many lacking the basic functionality. Just providing little high interest rate attracts some customers like me but faulty basic service like transferring the money makes me so annoying that I need to talk to the customer support for the very basic feature. So pathetic, this is the third time I am contacting the customer support for the same reason.

Next if I click any old transaction, Juno is crashing.

I am wondering how come they release a software without testing these basic functionalities.

The chat is another joke, where no one will respond to the queries even during normal business hours

Why do you keep falsely advertising that you provide metal cards? You definitely sent me a plastic piece of crap, which I definitely put directly in the trash bin. If you advertise something, try following through. It’s kind of the most basic level of operating a business.

This is not an “app.” This is a bank that operates mostly via the web and doesn’t follow through with what it advertises it will do. Absolutely would not recommend.

OnJuno claims to be an account that helps you grow your idle money. I doubt anyone ever tried a real fund transfer before claiming this. If a fund transfer takes more than a week, and during that week your funds are neither available at your source bank and nor at OnJuno then how is it a reasonable feature?

Very frustrating fund transfer speed. My recommendation would be to invest in better technology and processes to speed up operations. If partner banks are causing delays then you are doing business with wrong partners.

So… I wanted the metal card having seen a metal credit card and been envious but I can’t get one since my credit is bad so I got this account for a metal card. Set up a deposit of 501 every two weeks into the account had to wait about a week and half for the metal card to come In the mail …..and it’s DEFINITELY PLASTIC. It’s a little heavier than most debit cards but it’s DEFINITELY PLASTIC and nothing like the metal credit cards I was so let down by this my feelings were actually hurt. So if you’re getting this account for a metal card don’t. You’ll only end up with disappointment heartache and a general feeling of being just “let down”

I have had a few online banking accounts over the years. OnJuno has a good interface and good modern features such as Crypto integrations. However, none of that matters when you make a deposit into the OnJuno account and they take about 15 days. It doesn’t matter if you link and verify your bank account or pay an ACH next day transfer from your bank, it still takes a ridiculous amount of time before a single penny is deposited. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their support team are apparently helpless and just give you canned responses but no insight or solutions. Avoid this if you can.

I am using Juno for some months now. Really love different features and I was excited. However, now I am thinking of closing my account. Reason? Extremely slow bank to bank transfer. Literally takes a whole week for transfer. Why? Don’t know. I have not seen any other banking apps operating so slow for fund transfer. Aweful.

One of the very few banks with more than 2% APY until they downgrade to 1.20% APY soon. Other major con is that they don’t have 2FA like Google Authenticator or Duo in place yet. 2FA for banks is a must these days. Something the devs should consider rolling out soon. Also, there’s a limit on how much you can withdraw everyday ($10,000 I believe). Other than that, great customer service and amazing startup idea sure to break the traditional banks! I’ll update with more stars as they fix these pitfalls. Keep it up guys!

So far it seems pretty cool but it is very suspicious Juno keeps pasting at open, idk if this is a glitch but it makes me feel uncomfortable and should be fixed.

First App Store review, I can’t recommend OnJuno more. The UI is great and responsive, cashback is awesome and easy to get, and CX was super responsive and answered my questions promptly via chat. I’ve been recommending this to some friends and family too… great referral bonus too!

I have tried Chime (trash! Avoid them), I have tried BlueVine (garbage! Avoid them) but OnJuno is simply the only Fintech/Bank you should even consider if you are doing anything with crypto. They pay you early, they have interest on checking and USDC and they let you use your direct deposit to be paid in crypto. 🤯 side note: the discord is a great community as well. Come say hi. There are so many steps involved in transferring money to my Coinbase via ACH, searching for an entry point, and then transferring the money to my MetaMask. OnJuno makes my life much easier and for that you have my thanks

OnJuno provides the fastest way to buy BTC and ETH. I was super surprised that the purchase literally took a few seconds. The only hiccup is getting your OnJuno account funded but once there is money in the account, buying and selling is peace.

Would also recommend to check the crypto paycheck. You can auto-buy your crypto as paycheck hits your account.

This bank is great, they’re always willing to make things right for you whenever there’s a mistake or misunderstanding. Their customer service team is resourceful and prompt with their response, especially Tanzeela. They have sensitive ears to their customers concerns, thank you for all you do. I have had OnJuno for about a month and a half. And unfortunately it just didn’t perform to my expectations. Number one thing is that my account was locked for no apparent reason, and this is where unreliable software steps in. When I log in through my phone Juno works like nothing is wrong. But as soon as I log in through my laptop it tells me that my account is locked so like a normal person I chat with a customer service representative to fix this problem. The representative tells me number one my account is not locked, but number two he needs a picture of my SSN because the bank needs more proof of my identity?!?! This makes no complete sense. It’s obvious that the software they use is extremely glitchy locking me out for no reason not even customer service was able to figure it out. And not going to lie it’s just totally sketchy and made me uncomfortable the fact they they asked for a picture of my SSN. I’m thankful I didn’t connect direct deposit right away, if I did it would have been a real nightmare. I would recommend to avoid the hassle of dealing with OnJuno. I knew a black metal checking card was too good to be true.

Signed up when I heard about them on the bankless podcast. So far everything has been smooth. Rates on the checking account are better than my high yield savings and I have the option to instantly purchase USDC to gain even better yields. As someone who is jo stranger to DEFI, the USDC rate isn’t the best but it is a simple and seemingly safe solution. I don’t have to manage things myself.

Love this online banking platform. After trying many others this one is here to stay. Juno design in wonderful it works well and looks spectacular. This is great as it combines my btc purchases and banking together. It works better quicker and cheaper than coinbase. Support has always been helpful and unmatched. Let’s not forget about the great interest savings and amazing 5% cash back at my favorite spots. Looking forward to what this company does in the future.

What really caught my eye about this bank were the APY and the cash back on transactions. It’s basically credit card perks without having to go into credit card debt which is really awesome.

Their customer service team is helpful and quick to resolve questions I had. I requested a physical debit card and one was sent to me within the week.

Been very happy with this bank so far. I’m considering switching all of my bill pay and direct deposit from Wells Fargo to OnJuno

I see how much of a big deal it is what they are trying to accomplish. Blur the lines between crypto and traditional banking.
They offer a checking account that pays 1.2% on your money but the highlight is holding USDC at 6%. This makes an acceptable savings account.
Let’s say you get a direct deposit, you can chose to convert your check to USDC, ETH or Bitcoin.
Let’s also say you want to use your debit card they give you to buy gas. You can get 10% cash back and let’s say you have more USDC than money in your checking. They will automatically move the money to cover the charge. Find me a place that has incorporated crypto and a way to pay bills like your mortgage and use USDC as a savings. I’ve looked around. They have some growing pains but they keep improving. Hopefully this is just the beginning.

Probably one of the best apps I’ve ever used regarding digital banking, and easiest app I’ve used regarding buying and sending crypto to my metamask wallet. It’s 100% worth it to use the metal banking feature as It’s been my favorite after years of using various digital banks like chime or Varo, etc.

I’ve been doordashing and instacarting, and have those linked up to onjuno account to make buys of USDC, btc and ETH. If I was a reasonable person I would keep some funds in USDC but I’m more of a yolo kind of person who buys btc and eth. Enjoying Juno so far, 2022 is my transition to 80% crypto, and I seem to like onjuno more than bitpay.
