My account been locked for 5 days. They said access funds were in my account and that's a lie. I was made to believe it would only be 48 hours but nope. I need my money to pay my bills and ect but got no access. Keep being told that when the team fixes it, I can use it but it seems like it ain't happening. If they want people to use their bank and like it, then why lock your accounts when it's not your fault?

I opened the account and within 24 hours it was hacked & I couldn’t even log into my own account!!! This happened several, several times and the hacker even cleaned Matt account out !!!

I had my apartment broken into and funds taken from my onjuno account. I contacted customer service and was given the run around for 3 days. I then got a hold of someone and was told to fill out a dispute as well as provide a police report number. I did both these things and 3 weeks later was told they could not find my dispute report. I filled it out again and then 2 weeks later was told they did not have my police report number on file. I provided that as well and now 2 weeks later I STILL have not heard anything back. Don't waste your time or money on this bogus app. They are incompetent and negligent .

I purchased cryptocurrency from them 3 days ago and still have not received the crypto. I talked to customer service 20 times and they keep telling me it will be going through any minute and it shouldn't ever take longer than 2 hours. 3 days later now they are ignoring my questions and won't tell me why it still says processing.

I followed all requirements to receive the advertised $100 promotion . Had my direct deposit hit the account on July 1st. Still no bonus. Customer service is no help as all they do is send back questions to me . They are telling me their system doesn't recognize the deposit which is total BS considering all you have to do is look at the account and see the deposit came from a payroll. Dishonest and totally incompetent company.

I am trying to open an account and can't get past the "we sent a code to your phone " stage. I get out of OnJUno to retrieve code. I get code and come back to app, but it is demanding I am having a specific problem logging in. I am sent a code on my mobile phone. I go look at my messages and get the code. But when I go back to OnJuno, my whole login proceedure is reset, which cancels the code and resends a new one. Which again is lost when I go to find what it is. I tried logging in with computer but got a different (and just as bad) problem. I get a message that code has been sent. I go look. Yeah, there is a new message from onjuno. But there is no code sent.

I need my Metal Debit Card unlocked as I am not able to log into mobile app due to the fact that somehow while MetroPCS was setting up my new iPhone and transferring iCloud my AppleID got changed and I can’t retrieve previous AppleID account as I don’t have the password to log into my old AppleID email. What information do you need from me so that you are able to assist me with my issue? I have overdue essential bills that need to be paid and I don’t have access to my funds. Without a doubt the worst bank, ever

It is April 17. I opened my account in January. I still don’t have a debit card. It would be impossible to go through every part of my horrible experience with this bank. Every single thing they promised fell through. I had to escalate to get cash back for transactions, even if they showed up on history and clearly qualified. I had to contact them to get my interest payments. And it was never one contact; it was always talking to 3 people over weeks to get anything done. Maybe your experience won’t be as horrible as mine was, who knows. Hint: I get 4% up to the first 3k (1% after) with T-Mobile, which is FDIC insured. As time goes on, other banks will pop up and meet or exceed OnJuno’s rate. Either way, I’d rather opt for slightly lower interest rate if it means actually having a debit card.

This Onjuno is a bad app,for the past one week now they’ve been holding up my money in thier crypto account and they wouldn't let me access my money,I keep calling and no one pick up,today make it One and half week and they’ve asked me for several kinds of documents which I provided everything and all I hear is wait for 24-48hours to get a respond from the team and now it’s been 1 and half week,I’m reporting this app right now to the authority,Don’t even try to download this app or put your money in there,they will hold your money and make you suffer for it,a lot of people are complaining about their poor service, Don’t use Onjuno❌❌❌👎

Takes over 20 hours from the time your check hits the account to clear.

Ive had to wait DAYS for my check to clear at times and always had to contact their support which isnt helpful at all. they give you basic solutions that never work and im always constantly left in the dark and treated like garbage when chatting with the support people when i just try and get the most information possible to fix my issue. was good at the beginning and i like the metal card. but those are the only pros. its been a constant downhill since then.
