Incomparable

Nothing else compares to this app. One of the only workouts I look forward to. It has such a great balance of intensity and the music, choreography, Sydney’s personality makes it so fun.

I am obsessed with the Full Outs which have incredible music and choreography. I’ve looked at almost a dozen other similar platforms for good music (popular, curated) and have failed. It’s evident that music licensing costs a fortune! I’m very glad the full outs are on HOUSEWORK . I just wish the audio and video quality were better. The videos made for HOUSEWORK are much better but the music is more generic. The workout intensity is well balanced though it would be nice to have modifications if we wanted a bit higher intensity. I wouldn’t mind paying more for the monthly subscription if some of the above were addressed.

Overall I love this app. It is surely an endorphin boosting workout. Thank you Sydney & this app team!

Five stars is not a high enough rating!

Let me start by saying that I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience with this app has been so transformative that it has to be shared. I’m an avid runner and have suffered from multiple injuries due to a lack of strength training. Strength training just really wasn’t my thing because (1) it’s boring AF! (2) it is HARD! Well...committing to this app for strength training definitely wasn’t the easy way out (you’ll be sweating within at least 15 seconds of the workout and sore for days) but I have been taking this class for a few years now and have felt so much stronger on my runs because of it. My average minute per mile has dropped over a minute and it’s a true testament to Sydney’s class.

Sydney brings so much energy and creativity to her full body workouts. She combines strength training with pilates moves all to the beat of the music. Sydney’s this app class is TOP NOTCH and truly an escape for me during these tough stay-at-home times. 10/10 HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST WORKOUT

I’ve always been active doing spin classes and Pilates regularly, but I never saw results like I have with this app. Within 1 month of using HOUSEWORK I was seeing more definition in my abs and arms. Sydney is constantly encouraging you throughout the workout making you feel like you still are in studio. If you’re in a rut with your workouts and don’t know how to get out of it get HOUSEWORK and start with the 28 day challenge it keeps you accountable and makes working out simple since it’s already setup what workout you have to do each day. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this app!! A HUGE THANK YOU to Sydney for making a workout that is challenging and also so much fun!!

BEST WORKOUT EVER

Syd’s this app is the BEST, most effective, and fun, workout I could’ve ever dreamed of! No other workout comes close to this app!!! Syd will make you laugh, sweat, and smile in a way you never knew a workout could! The variety of workouts on the this app App leaves you wondering “how does she do it?!” There is something for EVERYBODY on the this app App- on the days where you don’t feel like you moving your body or are dreading your workout, Syd will motivate you and leave you feeling your very BEST self. It will make you wonder why you didn’t try this app sooner!

Best workout app!

I LOVE HOUSEWORK! Normally I need the motivation of a live workout class to work out. In the past, any time I’ve downloaded a workout app, I’d never use it and would eventually delete it. This is the first and only workout app I have ever stuck with and continue to love using. this app workouts are so much fun I look forward to them. My body craves them. There are always new workouts being released, as well as different programs to follow. It constantly keeps me coming back. HOUSEWORK is an amazing value and worth every dollar.

Housework is THE BEST

I discovered this app about 6 months into the pandemic. I started out with the 28 day challenge and was SHOCKED at how much I loved it. I went from dreading working out 1-2 days a week to being so excited to workout 5-6 days a week. The music, the energy Syd brings, the feeling of getting stronger and stronger every class, the variety of different types of classes, the low impact burners, the community... the list of reasons why I love this app goes on and on. The hype is real and so is the mental/physical transformation you see when you find a workout that you love this much. Best vibes always. Highly, highly recommend!

you HAVE to join HOUSEWORK!!

this app will get you so motivated, stronger, & happier!! It is a high energy full body challenging workout and Syd is there every step of the way to guide you and cheer you on. I look forward to doing this app everyday (even on rest days when I force myself to not look at the page or i'll end up doing a workout). I love all the options for shorter classes or targeted muscle group workouts. Believe me the workouts are so so fun! Thank you Syd for creating this AMAZING community, this awesome app, killer workouts, and my very defined abs. Everyone shouldn't hesitate to get that 7 day free trial!! Promise you'll fall in love with it just like the rest of us have. Truly so worth the money!

Just the best

In a quarantine life, this app has been an absolute game changer for me working out at home. Sydney’s workouts are all fun, challenging, and really produce results - I love that there’s such a range of workout lengths and ones that focus on just about everything. The HIIT/ pilates combination has made me feel stronger than ever before.

Sydney brings such good energy that even in a class’ toughest moments (and trust me, there are many) she is an incredible motivator to push just as hard as if we were in the same room together. No matter what your mood, what you want to work on, or how much time you have, there’s a workout here for you.

Best workout and so accessible

I love using HOUSEWORK!! It has any type of movement you crave with any time you need, from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. Slow burn, cardio, strength, etc. And any focus on any body part. You can mix and match for a fun workout at home. Don’t have equipment? There are so many great exercises that are bodyweight and you will feel the burn. Plus the music is amazing! this app has changed my life in terms of fitness and has made me a morning workout person. I’m truly grateful for HOUSEWORK to help me move any time I need it. Give one of the challenges a try and you won’t look back.

Housework During Pregnancy

I thought I loved this app before I was pregnant, and now I am completely obsessed! I have been doing this app for the past two years and when I became pregnant, was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up a fitness routine. What I didn’t realize was how effective this app has been for me during my pregnancy. I am almost six months pregnant and feel just as strong if not stronger than I was before baby. Every person is different but it’s been so important for me to keep up a challenging workout routine that is safe, yet incredibly effective. I’m not sure what I would do without this app during these nine months!

Obsessed

Cannot recommend HOUSEWORK enough. Sydney brings so much energy and fun vibes to every class. You completely feel like your in the room with her. I love the flexibility HOUSEWORK gives - I can stack 10 minute workouts or pick from a 50 minute workout. There is so much content that gets added each Sunday and I always have some new workout to look forward to along with my all time favorites. I recommend taking her live classes for an even more fun experience but HOUSEWORK is the best if you can’t make lives or want to focus on one part of your body. I have been hooked on this app for over a year and will never go back.

Housework got me out of my pandemic workout rut!

Once fitness studios and gyms shut down in 2020, it took me almost two years to find a new workout routine that I enjoyed doing in my cozy NYC apartment and helped me stay consistent. Then I became a this app subscriber! I first downloaded HOUSEWORK to help me and feel my best for a bachelorette trip in early 2022 and I haven’t stopped using it since! HOUSEWORK offers so many on demand options for when you’re traveling without equipment, only have 10 minutes to get some movement in, or want to challenge yourself with a previously live 50 minute class! It’s always updating and changing so you never get bored and have fresh workout options each week. Even more recently, I got an Equinox membership and continue to use the this app app religiously! There’s nothing better than moving your body and enjoying moving to music that you love. If you’re wanting to try something new, I highly suggest this app!

Best workout!

Discovered this app during quarantine through some friends that are friends with Syd. Can honestly say, I don’t know what I would of done without it. Ever since HOUSEWORK was released, I’ve been doing the 28 day challenge—x2. Currently about to start my 8th week straight. The fact I’ve done any workout consistently 6x a week for 7 weeks is incredible, let alone in my apartment, having to use my own motivation. I’m pretty sure Sydney and I are music soul mates and it’s easily what keeps me going (those playlists!). I look forward to the new full outs and absolutely love the time convenience of HOUSEWORK and being able to do all the workouts on my own schedule. And don’t be fooled by those “short” workouts...they are just as killer as a full out.

Boutique fitness at home?! Housework has figured it out!!

As an avid boutique fitness lover, I never thought boutique fitness could be found at home…that is, until this app!! Truly Sydney is amazing! Her live classes bring the energy of a boutique fitness studio, and what’s amazing is the classes on HOUSEWORK do as well!
I found Sydney through SoulCycle (I have the at home bike too!) and when we moved to a little smaller city post-Covid, losing all my boutique fitness was something I worried about. I’m on my second year of the annual membership, and truly this app is all the things-fun, challenging, and I just can’t say enough good things! When I was training for a marathon recently, this app was my cross training, and I felt so so strong-especially in my core!

Lifesaver during quarantine!!

this app helped keep me sane during quarantine!! When everything shut down in March, including studios, I thought I would be lost. But Syd Miller’s this app live classes and the this app app helped bring me back.

Syd carefully choreographs each and every workout to the beat and feel of the music. And every week she creates a new routine set to a new playlist! I can only imagine how much work goes into each one. this app is the only at-home workout that brings the same energy as in-studio classes! this app classes are not only ridiculously fun, but they are also really really hard. Always dripping in sweat throughout. HOUSEWORK gives you access to ALL of her weekly full-length classes, but she also has some pretty killer shorter workouts in HOUSEWORK too.

Thank you Syd for bringing the energy into my tiny apartment! 🙏 ❤️

The best app for a fun and energizing home workout.

I have been using the this app app since August 2020 as my primary workouts. I sometimes attend live classes but HOUSEWORK has so many challenging and fun workouts! Sydney’s motivating personality and playlists are fantastic and she keeps changing up the choreography constantly to make each class unique, challenging (with modifications) and FUN. I get a good sweat and workout and the time passes so quickly.

I am also a runner and I have to credit the sliders and low impact nature of slider workouts with complementing my runs so well. My core is super strong, which has also been great for running, especially trail running and long runs! I also have abs I have never seen until now at age 40 and stronger, better looking glutes 💁🏼‍♀️. HOUSEWORK is worth it. 🔥🔥🔥

I will never go to another workout class again!!

I’ve been doing Syd’s this app since May 2020. Prior to the pandemic, I was a huge fan of in-person classes. When those disappeared with COVID, I was having trouble maintaining a fitness routine at home with minimal equipment.

I found this app and everything changed. I finally was able to have a consistent workout schedule AND I finally started seeing results. I follow Syd’s schedule on HOUSEWORK every week. If I want to switch out a class or 2, it’s super easy because there are a million classes to choose from, and a million ways to filter through them. There is always so much new material that I can’t keep up (in a good way!) there is something for everyone. I have visible and defined abs for the first time in my life and I feel stronger than ever.

this app holds me accountable and holds me to a schedule so I actually see results. Classes go by so fast and are so fun sometimes I want to do them twice, although my body is shot! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another in person workout class ever again (unless it’s in-person this app)

Hooked!

I was always dying to try this app pre-pandemic but as a school administrator and back in grad school I could never find the time to get to an in person class. While pretty much everything about these last few months has been horrendous including friends and family falling ill, postponing my wedding and feeling super sad on the current state of the world- this app has felt like a bright light and I’ve truly never felt stronger. I do the class at least 3 times a week on average. By adding this to my workout routine I’m seeing such a difference and feel so motivated each class. I genuinely have so much fun during the class and feel like it’s 50 minutes of an alternative universe where I can zone out and escape the world. I’m so grateful for both the zooms and app during this challenging time and thrilled that I’ll be able to continue it in my tiny little apartment! LOVE and HIGHLY SUGGEST!

2020 was a rather traumatic year for many myself included…Covid-19 really changed the world. The one thing I’m so thankful about the pause is that I found Sydney and this app. 2020 and this app made me stronger than I have ever been both mentally and physically. Her live classes are what brought me to HOUSEWORK and I can’t say enough nice things about it. Sometimes I have to give myself some extra time to figure out which workout I would like to do because the selection is so diverse and each workout no matter how long is a true working of your muscles as well as your mind. Just try it. You won’t regret it. I’ve always worked out or played sports growing up but this workout has given me results I never thought I would see in my body. Also her music is bomb so get ready to Google or Shazam some of the songs after class as well. 😀

this app is incredible, and the this app app gives me the flexibility to incorporate the workout into my everyday routine, even if I only have 10 minutes to spare. The music is amazing, I always sweat no matter what, and I can do exercises that target specific parts of the body, or those that are full body! Plus, Sydney’s energy is amazing. She is the best motivator! And finally, every class is fun and challenging. I smile the whole way through (even during grueling abs series)!
