How to fix ANJEL Tech app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ANJEL Tech app on iPhone
Update ANJEL Tech app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ANJEL Tech iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ANJEL Tech on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ANJEL Tech network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ANJEL Tech Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ANJEL Tech not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ANJEL Tech App
1. On android, goto Settings » ANJEL Tech » click [Force Stop]

Update ANJEL Tech to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ANJEL Tech App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ANJEL Tech » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ANJEL Tech.

Fix ANJEL Tech unable to contact server/ ANJEL Tech internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ANJEL Tech » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ANJEL Tech » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ANJEL Tech
