No joy stick

No joystick control Drone auto take off went to 30 feet then just sat there have no control over drone then start to move on its own in a random direction toward a tree I unplug the phone from the app that stopped it See no way to get joysticks to work too risky to use. No manual available , no reply to this message.

I pressed on active track and it flew straight up and hit the wall, fell down and broke without any warning without anything

All four motors on Phantom 3 cut at about 30 meters

I don’t know whether to blame the software or the new drone. It was in its gift or sixth flight. Landed on the camera and destroyed it. I’m no longer a drone pilot.
