- Audible tone to signal the end of a countdown is missing

- Takes about 30 seconds initially to load the video demonstration

- Pricey

- No password reset option

- Kicks user out when clicking on a workout to view it, asking for money again

How to fix OCTZN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OCTZN app on iPhone
Update OCTZN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OCTZN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OCTZN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OCTZN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OCTZN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OCTZN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OCTZN App
1. On android, goto Settings » OCTZN » click [Force Stop]

Update OCTZN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OCTZN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OCTZN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OCTZN.

Fix OCTZN unable to contact server/ OCTZN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OCTZN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OCTZN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OCTZN
