I have a problem with DClock

User reports:
No current problems

- Widget dynamic style doesn't update to time change

- Moon on dynamic mode is just a background picture

- Doesn't keep accurate time and needs to be reset multiple times a day

- Name of themes not translated from Chinese to English

- Unable to upload personal background without unclear purchase requirement in Chinese

- Too many updates in a short period of time, mostly bug fixes

- Floating clock needs option for transparent background for use in multi player games.

To resolve DClock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the DClock App
1. On android, goto Settings » DClock » click [Force Stop]

Clear DClock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DClock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DClock.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DClock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DClock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DClock
