Same issue as other review. Error message says "user card not created in square"

There is no way to add my debit card, says funds not created in square

On the face of it, it sounds like a great program. Seemed legit because I heard about it on a couple channels as well as the NewsBreak app. We (foolishly??) bought the maximum $100 on Friday and tried to use it on Saturday but were told they had not received their QR reader yet!?!? Why list a participating business if they aren’t ready to process RADCard payment? At least, say “coming soon” or “check business before attempting to use”. We ended up paying “out of pocket”, which fortunately we had the funds to do so, but at first blush, I’m wondering if we made a mistake and are out that money😤. On paper it sounds like a win/win situation but so far, it seems like only the RAD app owners are winning! We’ll try again and hopefully it’ll work fine but we’re feeling scammed at the moment.

I like this program to help the communities during these hard economic times. RADCard is fairly easy to use but before the new update I liked how you were able to see which businesses were participating before you decided on a community. I wish that wouldn’t have changed with the new update.

For an app that gives you essentially free money for a community-loyalty card, funny that people still complain :P

Could use some features to make it more user friendly (ability to use Apple Pay, auto-fill address, let me use my password manager, etc.) but for what it is, awesome! Win/win.

Signed off my personal account. Then accidentally went to sign up as a business. Tried to go back but RADCard wouldn’t let me. Deleted RADCard and redownloaded it and brought me to the exact spot and is preventing me from signing in to my personal account that I had alrdy made. Emailed from the website for help and got no response. Wish I can enjoy my rad card benefits but no ones helped me to fix the issue.

My card was loaded with money for a specific city. Tried to use it and was told it was not available for a specific city even though I signed up for the correct location. Reached out to customer service and was told “it’s only 15 minutes to the next town so just support the businesses there.” How about, let’s fix the location so I can support the businesses I want with my own money?! What a joke RADCard/ program is.

I added funds to Turlock for my Christmas shopping this weekend and all of the sudden Turlock is off the list of jurisdictions and the businesses are no longer available. I tried to use it today and because Turlock was removed the business couldn’t accept it as payment. This is all the money I have for Christmas and now it’s not available to use and there’s no way to refund my money. Who can I contact?! Such horrible management and timing!!!!

RADCard is horrible. The “business cards” are not clickable. You have to hunt on a map for where the restaurants are located. The business cards only have a street address…NO CITY. I can see at least 2 restaurants near me that dropped off from the previous version of RADCard ! Why not have a simple list of participants that is easy to peruse instead of big business cards that take up your screen.

I heard about this from a couple people I know. I tried it and yes it works. I had no problems using it at local business. You can even include the tip. Local restaurants are accepting it as well as the state theater.

I added funds to use at a business. The business said they wouldn’t be set up for a week. Now my money is locked in and can’t be used for a week. I wish I would have known. Maybe don’t have businesses listed if they are not set up to be used yet. There is no way to contact you, and the bussiness still won’t honor the this app it’s been a week and they still won’t do it! I want my money back, who do I contact?!

This is a great idea except I wish we would have known that we would be restricted to Ceres. We would love to be able to use it in different cities. We thought we had to pick Ceres cause we live here

Shop locally! Inflation has made it 10x harder for these small businesses to stay open. Heard about RADCard through the local restaurant I work at. Caved in and downloaded it lol. Absolutely love the idea!

I have had money locked on RADCard for weeks that I have yet to be able to use because Turlock keeps getting removed from RADCard . I am about to call a lawyer regarding this matter if it is not fixed soon!! It made my heart so happy to think about helping local, struggling business during this time but now I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Great idea, terrible app management!

I have been to 3 stores the past few weeks and they tell me it’s not working. This week whoever runs this decided to turn it off to the Turlock area and messaged the businesses but not those that who bought. So this weekend while trying to Christmas shop and support these small businesses it is off. Seems illegal. You are now holding our money and we cannot use it.

RADCard worked flawlessly for my purchase at London Fox in Oakdale. This deal was so good I drove out there just for it. I hope this helps get small business shopping going!

Updated app will not allow my phone number to be verified. So I cannot access my finds previously purchased. I have deleted and re-installed RADCard several times with no success. Attempts to contact them via their contact form or by email directly have been unsuccessful as well. I DO NOT recommend using RADCard!!

Although I appreciate this opportunity, the new app is awful. If you can provide links to website and/or Yelp that would be better. Now if I don’t know where a business is located of want more info, I have to do a google search. The first version was fine.

Super easy to use. Great way to support local businesses. Easy to gift to others. Only issue is I wish I could reload it, once I’m out. Oh well.

RADCard looks functional, but it lacks the ability to see what establishments (with addresses) accept payment. That’s actually frustrating as I should not have to scour store windows, or look it up on websites.
Other than that it “looks” functional, but definitely needs improvement.

At the beginning the RAD card was a great idea and worked great at all my favorite places. Now, I cannot get into my account and after sending an email for a new password, I cannot get a response from anyone…I just keep getting your account had been flagged. Flagged, flagged for what? They take your money, close your account and never respond back.

RADCard doesn’t work even after they claimed that the payment system has been fixed. And their customer service is so horrible that instead of addressing the issues, they have disabled their comment section on Instagram and Facebook so nobody else can complain.

Ever since they updated RADCard , there has been many issues, I tried adding funds and it keeps telling me authentication error, I click support to send a message and get help and it keeps telling me “error contact support “ well that’s what I been trying to do aghh. Im so disappointed

They deactivated my account would not give it back hasn’t responded to any emails regarding me getting my account back they don’t let you leave comments on their Instagram page they don’t let you send them messages on their social media page do not use this card it is a fraud

RADCard is getting on my last nerve. I had 500 dollars on it and i get permanently suspended from RADCard !? I'm not sure if it's a glitch but all i know is that good review was probably paid for, if your considering getting RADCard dont. TRUST ME. Horrible app don't recommend

Haven’t used RADCard yet but the place I work at is a small locally owned business that accepts the rad card and I heard about it that way hopefully unlike the last commenter there are most businesses around that also accept it I put just a small amount on it at first just to test the waters

Although I previously set up an account it does not allow you to login when presented with verifying your phone number. RADCard just states your number is already connected to an account.

I have $400 I can’t access because it won’t verify the phone number to the email amount. No way to get help. This is fraud and when you try to send an email for support, it gives an error message.
